I must admit the owner of this shop is friendly, very knowledgeable and he knows what he’s doing. I went to port from one provider to another. It took time and since we had plans we had to go out. But he made to sure to check with corporate and provided timely updates. He made sure the porting was successful and followed up with us if everything is ok. It shows how much he values his customers. Excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Came here when they first opened and glad they are still here. The most helpfull shop I know in Fremont. All sorts of gadgets and always has great information on cell phones.

I’ve been going here since it opened and every time walked out with a smile, 100% satisfied because my problem or needs were always addressed.

Called the store multiple times as both me&& my boyfriend had no time to come in AGAIN as we had to decorate for our gender reveal. We bought 2 GBs for 20$ For Lycamobile service . The guy said shortly everything should work and we should receive a text. 2 hours later phone still not working I call customer service he was supposed to give us a voucher or pin so we could activate that plan. On top of that call back today since we paid the phone bill as well and still NOT working THEY BLOCKED my number as I only called them 3 times (seems like the guy knew he scammed us and did not wanna bother) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! Never coming back here rather drive all the way to Hayward and know we’re not getting scammed and getting way better service.Response to owner: 1. I was not over emotional when writing the post.2. The GBs were never added on to the plan when spoken to customer service and as you said a text would be sent to him for confirmation which was never done either. How is it that the 2 GBS were added and still not able to use the phone ?? Please add to that ? “Even though they go by fast”.3. Lastly how are you going to tell me that my number isn’t blocked when I called from my number it went straight to voicemail but when I called on a private number to see what was going on the phone rang. Please don’t try to act smart we all know the business and know about the pre paid plans. Especially when you first explained it to both of us which is why he came back in for the GBs a couple days later. Thank you .

Everything that have needed has been available and at a fraction of the price I would have payed at Frys, Best Buy or Radio Shack. He is also a local small business owner who remembered my name on my second visit and always has a genuine smile when go there.
