Bought a bed the said it had a year warranty took it back in 10 minutes dude said I have to wait the year to replace or repair don’t buy unless you want bugs and wet furniture. Don’t even take records she said she writes what she wonts for here own records. Rain water gets in.

Dont let the storefront fool you. This is a wonderful place. Very friendly people. I ordered a bunk bed with mattresses and a third mattress replacement at a great price on a Saturday. Better than the competition. The order was ready for free delivery by Wednesday. The delivery guys set up the bunk bed (metal) within an hour, free of charge. They even took away the old mattresses. I would definitely recommend this retailer.

I would Leave no stars if I could! This place I would not recommend to anyone! I purchased A set for $400 & the bed hasnt even lasted a year and already springs popping out on the sides. The bed frame is chipped from the wood getting banged on when it was set up by their Delivery People just horrible, now I have to spend more money somewhere else to purchase a new bed. So warning you, save your time & money and shop somewhere else!

Terrible service they treated us very badly I went to buy a mat and they equated me, they brought me another mat that I had not asked for, I went to talk to the manager apart from that it was their mistake, they behaved very despot and not at all friendly. DO NOT BUY IN PADILLAS.
