Needed a part for my Kenmore dryer. I called Appliance Parts Depot to find out if they carried the 2 possible parts I would need. After explaining to Paul at Appliance Parts Depot what was going on with my dryer he said, its most likely the thermal fuse, it usually is. Paul said he had it in stock. When I arrived at the store with my thermal fuse, Paul tested it and it was bad. Paul did not try to sell me any parts I did not need and even said he was trying to save me money. Brought the part home, installed it, and my dryer started right up. Thanks Paul for your knowledge, assistance, and saving me money.

Drove by at 8:10am on the off chance they may be open. Well not quite (8:30am) but I saw someone sitting behind counter. Door was locked, thats fine. But there was no human interaction from the guy. I guess Im not worth acknowledging, so he is not worth coming back to- I went to Target and bought my water filters there.

This is the best parts supply house in town. Buy from here whenever you can so we still have a parts house in town!!!! Because when all the small guys are out of business the big guys have us by the balls. #supportsmallbuisness

I have a 15 year old dryer and the door plate broke. The repair guy said its 25 bucks for the part and 60 dollars for labor... ummm nope. So YouTube it and went to appliance part depot and the part was 4 dollars. It took 20 mins.. saved money.

I gave this business a 3 star only because its not everyday you see the person opening up the shop kick a homeless mans feet to run the poor guy off the property.... the guy might have been homeless but he isnt an animal and didnt deserve it.I also understand that we have to deal with these human beings everyday the problem isnt going to go away.

A lot of appliance replacement parts that not many stores will have(Sears, lowes, Home Depot) but he only carries OEM parts so just a heads up factory parts cost a little bit more. Very friendly and knowledgable gentlemen behind the counter!
