They did a great job quicker than i expected. Paint matches well and that is tough for silver. They even cleaned my car whick was quite dirty after a big wind storm. Nice people.

My sister just drop off her car yesterday but due to some issue, we have to take her car for a smog check, so we called them to asked if we can take our car for one hour for a smog check and bring it back. The lady on the phone said they already take off the car door and that the car was already being fixed but when we got there as you can see in the picture my sister car was still parked. We talk to the so what called manager she was rude and wouldn’t let us talk. She talked over us and told us to shut up so that’s when we went off and started recording her. She wouldn’t listen to us and went back inside and lock the doors because we asked for our keys back and she said no. They soon drove out our car for us while making us wait. The manager came out with our keys and we asked for corporate number and she refused to give it to us and walked away as you can see in the video. Bad costumer service and manager is a big lair and refused to listen to their costumers .

I had a really poor customer experience. While the service done on my car was satisfactory and timely and reception/front desk was very helpful, the customer care was poor.My experience: When I picked up my car there wasnt enough gas to get me to a gas station 2 miles away from the shop. I was told I had at least a gallon of gas which was not the case. The technician offered me a rushed apology but clearly had not interest in offering me anything or listening to me further. When I mentioned there was something wrong with the monitor console, he offered to contact their sister shop that did screen repairs but a month later I learned he never contacted them. Poor follow-through and poor customer service.You have a choice where you spend your time and money on car repair, I recommend you go somewhere else than Fresno Body Works. Somewhere with better concern for their customers.

I was alittle apprehensive about having my son take the car in for body work, paint and alignment after a minor accident but when I saw the reviews of south fresno body works I called them. First I spoke with Jeff and was very courteous and really worked with me and listened to my concerns about the car. Next I spoke with Dawn who was also very nice and they both followed up swiftly with myself and the insurance company. It was done in record time. Jeff even test drove the car after it was done to verify It was perfect.Great job Jeff, Appreciate your excellent customer service with us!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would, manager was super rude & not understanding, wouldnt even let me speak. They also do not care about their customers, ON TOP OF THAT, they lied that they had started fixing my car but when I showed up, it was still not fixed & still parked exactly where it was. When I asked for corporate number the manager ignored me & even told me no that I cant get my keys back & continue to lock the doors on us, she even told me to shut up. Worst place to go, would not recommend at all.

They finished sooner than the estimated date & they even cleaned my car! I love their work! The staff is super kind and respectful. I recommend 100%.

Today is June 9th a little after 5pm. I picked up my car from Fresno body works south. Lois and Jeff went above and beyond. Im 100% satisfied with the body work, the new paint job, and costomer service. I recommend them to any one.

Do not bring your vehicle for insurance claims here. The technicians do not know what they are doing and dont connect things back how they were. The so called manager Casey is extremely rude and tries to talk over you when youre telling her that they made a mistake. They left my undercarriage covered in red paint. They do not know what they are doing stay away unless you have extra money to pay for another shop to fix their errors.

Updated daily via sms. Front office staff was very detailed in explaining vehicle repair process. I would recommend the shop for any future repair scenarios.

I was concerned about having the collision fixed on my 6 year old BMW. So worried the paint wouldn’t match. So happy that it came back perfect! You can’t see any difference between the old and the new. These guys are great!!

I had them repair and paint my fender bender. It looks brand new and they finished a day early.They took care of all insurance paperwork. I will definitely use them for all future auto body work.

I highly recommend this place. My car was taken care of in a timely manner. I received text messages every other day with the status of my cars repairs and when it would be finished. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful, as well.

Although there was a slight problem in obtaining the right replacement part, they kept me informed and gave me the option of using a part from the dealer or an after-market part.They let me know when the car would be ready and they delivered on time! Thanks!

I was in a minor car accident where the other party was at fault. Their insurance company listed this place as an option to take my car for repairs. Went in for an estimate and they made an appointment for repair. Had to wait 2 weeks to take my car in, but that was okay since my car was drivable and had minimal damage. Time came for repairs and they called for a rental car pickup for me. They also kept me informed about any changes to repairs via phone call and I received text about the progress of my car throughout the week. The estimated timeframe for repairs has a week and ended up getting my car back in less time! Work was well done and my car looked brand new again! Fresno Body Works is an excellent company with great and friendly communication with their customers. Highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs repairs to their car.

They were fast and friendly. They fixed my bumper in about 2 days. There was a problem where my key fob was returned not working, but they replaced in and programmed it free of charge. They were so helpful and efficient.

Stay away from this place unless you dont want your car back for a very long time. When calling them to ask when? there answer is always the same, WE CANT TELL YOU, YOULL GET A CALL WHEN ITS READY. Week and a half already, only had scratches down the right side, no dents? Stay away from this place.

The lady in the front was unprofessional. I went to drop of my vehicle for a repair, as I was waiting to be help in line she asked me to sit down and wait for her to finish whatever she was doing. I sat down. Two lady walked in right after me and she immediately help them without telling them she was busy or they need to wait their turn. Will never return to this place!

Took the car in for estimate....state farm sent all paperwork to them and I was told they call me when parts are available. A month later no one call me, very disappointing! I had to call them and setup a repair day....then when I got there a month later they told me the insurance only going to cover ect. ect. this is very bad customer service. They waste my time when I could of gone to someone else and got my car fixed to take kids to school and work. They make me feel like I wasnt important....if you like to feel like crap and get your valuable time wasted this place is for you.....

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!! *WARNING* They screwed my car up and didnt want to take care of me. I was rear ended and they wanted to fix the front of the car? I let them replace a front tire and it came off the rim while I was driving on the freeway. I called them and the blonde lady that works there told me she couldnt help me and her hands were tied on the situation. I had it towed there anyway. They couldnt have had worse service. Do yourself a favor and take it somewhere....ANYWHERE else!!

Dont bring your vehicle here! My truck got crashed into and the other person insurance was paying for the repair, I took my truck here and I talk to a guy name Richard he said it could be fix with no problem then couple days later he call to cancle my appointment a week later Richard calls me saying that is too much work to look for other shop.
