First time I used the service department and a few things went wrong. They ordered the part, called and we set an appointment date. Dropped car off and get a phone call saying the part had been sent back. Will take another day to get it, but will give me a loaner car. This means I will have to go across town another day. Get my loaner car and it virtually has no gas in it. Now I have to mess with gas as they have no pumps at the dealership. I wait for their call the next to say car is ready, but it will not be done until the afternoon, was hoping to get it at lunch time so I would not have to deal with 5:00 traffic, but oh well. Pick up my car. They apologize for the mess up. Thing is, one of the main reasons I wanted a Lexus was good service. Hopefully next time.Follow up...Talked to the General Manager. Apologized for the issues and said he talked with his staff. Said this should not have happened. Thank you Mike.

I had an issue with my Air Conditioning Blowing hot air in the front seats but cold air in the back seats. I made an appointment online and within 5 days I was at Fresno Lexus and Nicholas was actually able to make my experience really well. I was in and out within 2 hours of arriving and my Air Conditioning was working perfectly!! And as a bonus for being a customer I received a full car wash and interior cleaning which I assume is what took up most of the time I waited because all their technicians had to do was some kind of computer software update. At the end of it all I was driving away without having to spend a single penny. They honor their warranty, especially since my car was a 2018 Lexus IS 300 fsport with 21k miles so I will indefinitely be taking my car back if I ever have any car troubles!! Thanks Nicholas!

Met one of the salesperson (a female) who was so quick too judge and made us leave the shop. She wasn’t friendly, judgmental and acted arrogant. We went back because I did an online estimation with a different salesperson who was nice and friendly. Another reason why I rated a one star was because I was supposed to get a call back to schedule a repair appointment for the inside damages that were there the day I bought the car but it’s been a week and still no call from them.Overall, it was a good place, depending on who your salesperson is. Wish they would be more diligent with their repair appointments.
Service was prompt - Jesse explained and reviewed everything that would be checked on the car - I waited while my car was being worked on and he checked in to make sure I didnt need anything. Great experience!

I got a flat tire a week ago and had been driving on my spare. I ordered the 4 recommend Michelin tires online a week ago and made an appointment for 8 AM today. I drove all the way from Sanger just to find out that they only had 3 of the tires I ordered and sold the 1 to another customer. Pointless!
All the personnel at Fresno Lexus are professional, customer oriented and knowledgeable. Everything is handled in a timely manner and each request or question is treated with respect and fully answered. It is a pleasure to deal with them.

Fresno Lexus has always done an excellent job on maintenance and repairs on my vehicle. Unfortunately the reason Im giving this review a 2 star and not more of a satisfactory review is because I took my car in for repairs and I received a phone call that they lost my keys. Never in my life have I ever heard of a car dealership losing ones car keys. Im never having my car serviced here after this incident.

This dealership always has and continues to go above and beyond for customers. From the Service Receptionist to the Mechanics to the Service Secretary, all are super friendly and knowledgeable. I was very appreciative when Ruben (Mechanic) came to see my after the service to explain and clarify a question of mine.
Both Al and Jack were the best. I went there late and Jack was with another client. Al who is in their finance department took me around to look at vehicles in their showroom. Jack was done and was ready to go home. But once he knew he had one more customer, he stayed behind and showed more cars. I picked one that just got in and they quickly worked together to get the transaction through. I got a new Lexus in less than 2 hours. The next day they delivered the car!! Impeccable service.

Good service but not a good sell, they sell what they have!
Disappointing follow through despite a nice vehicle.We had a very pleasant experience with the sales rep, Mohan, when we purchased our 2018 Lexus. We test drove several other brands including Mercedes and BMW, but overall the treatment of our sales rep coupled with their reputation for stellar service sold us on Lexus.Unfortunately, we have continued to have negative experiences each time we have brought the car in for general maintenance and services.We paid to put the ceramic coating on the paint, but this requires special soap so we wash the car ourselves. We have told them several times NOT to wash the car when we bring it in for service, and usually we wash it beforehand so it looks clean and there is no need to wash it. They take it through the wash and let it dry in the sun and get water spots on the paint, windows and wheels. Disappointing, but not a deal breaker.Then, there was a piece of the front bumper under the headlights that was lose. We brought it in and they had to keep it so we got a loaner vehicle. When it was ready, we picked it up for an out of town trip and they mis-calibrated the smart driving sensors. When we would use cruse control, it would randomly break HARD when sensing a car in the next lane and even 2 lanes over on the freeway. A MAJOR safety hazard. They ended up fixing it keeping the car for several more days when we returned from our trip. Again we fortunately had loaners.While these experiences were disappointing, the staff was nice and they were always willing to do what it takes to keep the inconveniences to a minimum. We have always said well keep buying Lexus, until now.Now apparently they dont do loaners for small projects which is hugely inconvenient and not at all what we were promised when we purchased our vehicle.To say that we are disappointed is an understatement. We have referred family and friends to Lexus who have actually made purchases and we did this solely because of the service and their willingness to make it right. The loaner vehicles was a big selling point for us; I work 2 jobs and my husband works long hours so the convenience makes a big difference. With that gone, why would we come back next time we make a purchase?As much as we love the car and are overall pleased with the vehicle itself, we are not pleased with the follow through on their service at all. I dont feel weve received the level of service we were told to expect when we made our purchase.All I have to say is if youre going to use something to sell customers on purchasing your products, uphold your end of the deal. We are no longer happy customers and will look elsewhere when it comes to buying another vehicle.

One car was ready for periodic maintenance. I took it in and the service was completed earlier than estimated. While there I asked about he recall on the other vehicle and was told to bring it in when I came after the other car. The work was completed the same day but due to closing time I elected to pick up next day. Ben, the service advisor was excellent.

Im a little disappointed. I dropped off my lexus GS430 on wendsday morning to get services done and was told my car would be ready on Friday. Well that not the case. I made plans with my Grandkids now I have to disappoint them I so now Im upset 😡. Now it wont be ready until Monday..#Disapointed

I really enjoyed my experience at Lexus Fresno. They allowed me to come onsite and test drive one of their vehicles the same day I put in my interest. They were not pushy with selling the vehicle at all. They were extremely knowledgeable of the features and specs of the vehicle I was interested in. They were able to offer 0.0% financing as well. I ended up purchasing the vehicle.

He communicated well and got me a rental ASAP when one was not immediately available.
