We took the car in because the engine cover under the car was hanging down and scraping on the driveway, Bob Woods was the gentleman who looked at it--then pushed it back into place and asked us to wait for a few minutes while he found someone to replace the clip and screw it in place. Ten minutes later it drove it up--all fixed. He was kind, friendly and professional. We appreciate such prompt and considerate service. We would recommend him to anyone.

I got rear-ended on August 1st. I took my car into Michael’s Auto Body Shop (since it’s the dealership I got my car at too) and Raj was a HUGE help. I’ve never been in an accident before so I didn’t know what to expect. He walked me through what usual happens with insurance claims, etc. I had my car originally scheduled to get serviced on Sept 6th but since there was an opening they were able to take my car in sooner and it was done within 2 weeks!!! Raj made this entire process go by smooth! I would recommend this shop and Raj to anyone needing any work done.

I had another top notch, high quality service experience! I have had several auto body repairs completed at the Michael Body Shop. I have previously worked directly with Brian, but this time I had the pleasure of being helped by Bob Woods. He clearly explained what was needed for the repair and arranged for our return visit to have the work completed. The work was completed in a timely manner and it looks fantastic! While there to have the work completed I asked for an estimate for a minor dent and paint scrape repair that happened to our second vehicle in a parking lot. Bob wrote up the estimate and emailed it to me. I look forward to having the work done in the next few weeks when I am able to take my vehicle back. I definitely recommend Michael Body Shop’s services to everyone and I thank their team for always providing the best customer service and performing the best quality workmanship.

They made the repair correctly. They gave better than average communication. They didn’t have to reset my computer for $500 and an extra day. I wouldn’t have known if it needed it or not. So, to me, they are honest.

I don’t do service with Michael Toyota but the repair center is great. They have done my car twice now.Someone hit me this time and I got Bob as my advisor. He was friendly, explained everything to me while with the vehicle so I knew what he was talking about. He kept in contact with me and I was very happy with how my vehicle turned out. It’s like it never happened! I would recommend getting your car repaired here.

I’d like to thank Raj for helping me through the process of getting body work done after a minor hit. Work was great and they washed my dirty car upon return. Will definitely go here again, though hope I don’t have to.

After waiting for more than a week for parts to come in, then they tell me that a repair would take longer and cost more than originally estimated. Why didnt they do that repair while waiting for the parts to come in? What caused the increased cost? Cant they make a good estimate to begin with?

Brought my moms car here for work through insurance, Raj Johall the advisor was great and very to the point. Work was done perfectly the first time, and they had the car done in 5 days.

They do OK. I was there at the VW garage to follow my Dad who is having problems with his Vw new beetle. I hope that the problem with the transmission will be fixed soon. The Service Manager seems like a good dude.

They new exactly how to fix the damage of my car after running into a snowplow. It took about 15 minutes to fix it and 5 minutes to diagnose it and I got a great deal. And also a thanks to Roger for his awesome costumer service.

I had a great experience with Michael Collision after getting rear ended. Brian took care of my car and was professional and punctual. He was also very patient with me in spite of some delays with my insurance company. When I picked up my car, not only was it repaired but they also detailed it for me! They went out of their way to open doors for me and practiced social distancing/wore masks. Being 8 months pregnant all of this was much appreciated and I feel like Brian and his team went above and beyond.

Great service! I had a careless tow truck driver rip up through the middle of my front bumper with his chain and Michael’s was able to make my car look new! Jeff was super awesome to work with, he also took the time to inform me prior to officially dropping my car off for services that there was an extra piece behind the bumper that had been torn through as well. Ive taken my vehicle to Michael Body Shop twice for repairs after being hit by other drivers. Their office staff is friendly and honest, their repair work is top notch, and my vehicle was fixed quickly and correctly. Although I hope I wont need to, I would definitely be a returning customer.

Michaels body shop did a great job to cover up the sun damage on my vehicles roof and trunk and had it ready in 5 days as promised.

Best place to get your car fixed ! Bryan was a big help, since the very beginning, he answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable in leaving my car in their hands, and even got some paperwork ready for me, for an estimate of how much everything will end up costing. My car was ready within a day and a half ! And he ordered the part they needed first and then I was able to take it in and they got to it right away, when I got there my car looked like I had bought it from the dealership all over again, I couldn’t be any more happier with the outcome of it ! Before my Toyota I had a Honda, which someone did a hit and run on me and I had taken it to Maaco to get it fixed and my car was there for almost two weeks ! I was worried about the Toyota staying there too for a while, but Bryan reassured me that it wouldn’t stay that long, and sure enough I get a phone call the next day saying my car is ready for pick up ! I was even shocked and told him “oh my gosh you’re kidding” lol I couldn’t be any more happier with the service I received here

These guys have always treated me fairly. I always thought it was better to go to an independent auto repair for better pricing. Wrong! They are reasonably priced (cheaper than the independent repair I went to) and much much better service. Thanks guys!

In May of this year, while parking my new Traverse in my garage, a shovel fell off its wall hanger and struck both of the drivers side doors causing dents and scratched paint. At that time I took to a local body shop who assured me that not only could they fix the dents and match the paint but that they could have it done in 2 days, which they did. I was pleased until I recently noticed that the paint, when viewed at an angle, was wavy and the clear coat had been incorrectly applied. Not wanting to take it back to the same shop, who had screwed it up the first time, I took it to Michael Body Shop because of their excellent reputattion.At Michael I met Arik Rosvold who examined the damage and prepared a written estimate of the repairs needed. Arik advised that the repairs would take a week and he was able to schedule me in the following Monday. Arik kept me updated on the repairs and, as promised, returned the vehicle to me on Friday looking as good as new. Arik was great to work with.My experience with Michael was excellent. The work was completed in a timely and professional manner and the staff was both professional and personable. I no longer keep my shovel hanging on the garage wall so hopefully I wont need their services in the future but if I do I wont hesitate about returning to Michael Collision Center.

It Felt Like Family. Thats how Ill start with my review. It was my scheudled 40 thousand mile Special VW Diesel service last week September 12th 2018 which was all arrainged by Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon. What impressed me was the phone call the day before by Jerry Sheldon and the Text msg by Arik Rosvold as a freindly reminder of the special VW Diesel service. Upon arrival Arik and Jerry offered a rent a car during the service as the expected service time would take appprox 2 days. I was grateful for the car rental. During the documentation prior to leaving my car Arik noticed a superficial scratch on my new car door and offered to buff it out. I was impressed. The car rental went through without a glitch as Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon arrainged it prior to my arrival. I recieved a call two days later as discussed that the special VW service was completed. I was greeted by friendly smiles, warm handshakes by the Body shop Office staff and Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon and Douglas. Arik and Jerry offered to return the rental car as we walked out to my parked serviced VW and I was amazed. The VW was washed, shiny, and detailed inside and out to perfection. It looked like the day I drove it off of Michaels VW car lot. This service did not end there. I couldnt believe my eyes as the scratch that Arik noticed was completely buffed out. I cant express enough how grateful I am to Arik Rosvold and Jerry Sheldon who took the time to make all the arraingements for this special 40 thousand mile VW service. Also, to all the Michaels Auto Body Employees your smiles, warm greetings and customer service have tatooed onto my memory and outstanding experience. I will never forget and will mention to all of my relatives, friends and co-workers that buying a car at Michaels doesnt end with the sales, that Service shows the customer how much they care. Dear Michaels Collision Center:On Monday, August 20th, 2018, the left rear corner of my 2000 Camry was damaged. I went to Michael Collision Center and was greeted by Erica prater, Arik Rosvold, and Andrew Thompson. The team observed and evaluated the damage and put together the necessary paperwork. The parts were delivered in a timely manner as were the repairs. As a matter of fact, my vehicle was ready a day early.If everyone would work as Efficiently and Friendly as Andrew, Arik and Erica do, I wonder how many anxious hours, hard feelings and ultimate lawsuits could be Totally Eliminated.I hope the person in charge will see to it that this finds its way to each employee that helped me at Michael Collision Center.Regards,Robert O’Niell

I very rarely leave reviews but this shop pushed for one. 1. They stole $60.00 2. They Stole a check from a check book I left on accident in the car chk #219 and 3. They lost my key and gave me the go around. 4. They lost the key to the wheel locks a OEM key that is found in the trunk. The manager Adam I believe his name is said Quote we are not responsible for any lost items, but yet I can trust them with my car very concerning and any one reading this should be aware you can trust them with your car but if anything happens its not their responsibility. So what trust should we have as a customer? I called for a week straight and got the receptionist every time and she would say the service manager will call you back never did he call then called the area manager Adam same end result. Yet Im here waiting again.

My experience with our 2009 Honda Odyssey EX was an excellent experience. Ronnie Rustigian helped my all the way through the process of the repair, and it was completed as scheduled. The repair was more than satisfactory, and above and beyond excellent; because they even replaced a part that had some paint damage for free. I am a repeat customer, and the work is guaranteed through my insurance provider, AAA. The price of the repair was covered under AAA, except for the deductible. Worst place ever to get your car fixed. took my passat tdi because i got in an accident and i thought it would be a legit place to get it fixed but it turns out all the parts they get there is aftermarket they are not orignal parts from vw bad customer service especially from the guy who does the estimates. Also the next day from when i picked up my car i filled up my fuel tank and started to spill gas not leak not just a little bit of it alot and i called vw right away and they came out to look at and the guy who does the estimates promised me they will take a look at it and inspect the car for free and when i got to the dealer they wanted to charge $60 an hour to inspect. Now my car is an another body shop because of the bad work they do there.

I have never used their service but I had some problems with my Ford van that I used for a business. As soon I walked in, Bob Woods welcomed me with a big smile and made me feel at home. He took care of the Van problem in no time. Very professional man, timely and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place to anyone. Great team!!
