Best product on the market. It cleans cars beautifully and I always get compliments on what I use on my car. Cleans glass and mirrors with no streaking. Plus I am a very fussy house cleaner.

His work seems good but big ego! U would think a professional would know to tape off emblems, Also damaged my rear bumper and buffed off color stripes off m5 emblem on trunk. I had to replace the emblem $60, I told him I didn’t want to restore the headlights because they were fine. That’s when it got worse he was about 1/2 ways done with the car and he said he knows best and he needs to do the headlights if not to come pick up my car. He was so angry that I could not get him to finish the car! He said to my naked eye I don’t know that the headlights need to be restored only he knows that they need to be done. So I said if only u know then it’s not a big deal cuz no one else would see what u see. I’ll try to post pics of the damaged bumper and emblem. So I paid (deposit) $75 for half a car and those two damages....

Took my BMW M6 in to George for a full ceramic coating and I loved the end results. You can tell that he is very into what he does. He treated my car as if it was his and that meant a lot to me considering the value of my vehicle. Job was done poorly. I’m very disappointed with the result. A lot of areas on my vehicle was not even touched despite the pre inspection walk around prior to letting Doctor Z detail our mini van. My wife and I spent another 8 hours detailing our vehicle.I wouldn’t definitely recommend this place to anyone.I agreed to a very expensive interior detailing service based on his reviews online and he guaranteed that my vehicle will look new again and will be disinfected using anti bacterial product. unfortunately, the result was not even close. Seats was still dirty, lower plastic panels and rear cargo trunk remained untouched, carpets looks like it was just vacuumed lightly. There was still a lot of traces of pet hair.I also did not received the plastic adhesive they are supposed to install on the carpets after completing the job and I did not even asked him to reduce the price.Don’t waste your time and money on this place!!!

Dr. Z Saved the Day! My 2017 Dodge Challenger had baked in Water Spots. I went to red carpet for a detail quote and after viewing the spots they could not guarantee the spots to be removed. I could tell they just were not confident to get this done for me. I went to Dr. Z and he was able guarantee Spots would be removed and Paint would be better than when I purchased the car. Once he was done I was amazed how shiny and bright my White Challenger came out. Spots were gone and Paint was better than when I purchased the car! The Best part was the Spritzer and Polish Wash kit! I now can was my car in minutes with this system! Its worth the investment!!!

Overall satisfied with his work. Brought in my Honda CRV because of highly visible rock chips on the hood (from the freeway) - he really did a good job making it appear new again.I loved how he gave a full explanation (and demonstration) of the steps my car is going to go through.

After looking in the area for a auto-detailer to help with an unfortunate accident that happened in my full size truck, I came across Dr. Z.First off, Dr. Z is a consummate professional and over the phone he was extremely polite. I told him my situation, that a 1.5L (50 oz US) bottle of red wine had broke in the cab of my quad-cab truck coming home after a shopping trip.He was absolutely honest with me that he had never had someone come in with a complete disaster like mine but he assured me that he had faith in the product that he uses at his showroom that he would be able to in the very least get rid of the smell.Mind you, the accident happened on a Sunday and I didnt get into his shop until Wednesday morning. Now, I had tried my best to clean up any broken glass that I could find and I soaked up as much of the wine as I could on that Sunday afternoon but otherwise, everything had been set before I brought my truck in.Before bringing it in, he had quoted me a price that I was completely fine with, considering the amount of the spill was and what I perceived it would take to clean it up. I met Dr. Z. and handed him my keys and he said he would get a hold of me when it was ready.He explained the nature of his in-house product, Miracle Spritz and how it was an environmentally friendly formula that uses only ounces of water to clean an entire vehicle versus gallons - naturally I was a skeptic but as others had reviewed on here, Dr. Z. and his product seemed like the real deal.He called me about 4 hours later, letting me know that he had given my truck about three treatment cycles of the product and that the truck was ready to pick up. What he didnt tell me however was that not only did he treat and decimate the smell of the wine but he had vacuumed my interior, removed like 99% of the accumulated dog-hair (I have a corgi-mix and a pit-mix) and even wiped and removed the dried-up drool from the arm rests from the dogs as well and just to put icing on the cake and to also show me how great Miracle Spritz is, he polished the entire front end of my truck. I had months of dirt and crusted bugs on my grill and headlights and after the work he did, the front end now looks like it did when I brought the truck home from the dealership.At the end of it, he only wanted to charge me the original price he quoted, even though I knew damn well he went above and beyond what I had asked for. Needless to say, I generously tipped Dr. Z. because he not only earned it through great work and customer service but because he is running a fair and outstanding business that stands behind an excellent product.TL:DR - Dr.Z. managed to clean an entire bottle of wine that spilled in my truck and made the interior smell like new again. Great service, amazing work and fair pricing - Hes a local and a veteran and everyone should go to him for their auto-detailing needs!!!!

I dumped a whole half gallon of gas/oil mix in the back seat of my car Dr Z got the stain out and plus he got all the smell out of my car. Very good service and very quick, i had no appt. I just called, brang my car and he did a very good job... NO MORE GAS SMELL, DR Z GOT IT OUT!!!

I brought my 2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution to Doctor Z for an exterior detailing. After speaking with him, I was able to see just how passionate he was about his work. Wanted to purchase a used car, but it smelled like an ashtray. I am not a smoker and I’m really sensitive to the smell due to my migraines. Honestly didn’t think the smell would/could come out. I took my 2018 Black Chevy Silverado Ltz to Doctor Z in desperate need of getting some bad swirl marks off my paint.. My truck is still considered fairly new and was damaged by a unproperly trained auto body shop.. Doctor Z did an AMAZING job in taking out the swirl marks and bringing the paint back to a brand new glass looking shine! The job was not easy for him to fix but after putting in some hard working effort he had my truck back to looking New.. I definitely recommend Doctor Z
