I bought tires and saved about 50 bucks compared to other places but I would absolutely never go back. I left after my tires were installed and within less than 1 mile one of the balancing weights came off the tire. I heard it hit the wheel well. I took it back and they fixed it. The next day another one of the weights hit the wheel well and came off again . I called them and they told me that they did not have the correct weights in stock so they installed the incorrect weights. They said they would have the correct ones in a few days they would compensate me for my time in trouble. I went in four days later and they installed the correct weights but refused to compensate me for my time and trouble as promised by manager Lupe. The customer service person just kept telling me they were not making me pay for the repairs. Seriously? I already paid to have it done correctly and it was not done correctly over and over. Walmart sucks. I will never go back for any auto service.
Staff is new and management is doing there best however it is costing them there quality of work.They can and will improve.Until then I will keep this review the way it is.
Stopped by for an oil change. Was greeted amd attended to in a matter of moments, even though there was a line growing. Will definitely use the automotive service bays in the future. 🤷🏽♂️

This place was 👌Awesome they squeezed me in because I was so worried about the shaking and they want above n beyond check my suspension n found some parts that were installed incorrectly and made me aware of the problem. I took it to 3 different shops befor here n they said they font see anything wrong. Like I said they went above n beyond they did extra even tho they were probably ready to go home.

Poor service. They pretty much took away my warranties with very poor explanations of why. I bought 2 new tires from Walmart online and the worker told me since it was an online purchase they were getting away from online purchase warranties🥵

They have pretty good prices and specials on oil changes in tune up plus you can purchase windshield wipers, mutc., inside the store for super cheap, and theyll install it for you at no extra cost. I have found better prices and specials elsewhere and no longer come to this Auto Center. There was one staff member in particular who could probably use a course in customer service... I didnt bother getting his name because getting people in trouble, or, possibly, terminated, isnt how I conduct myself.* tip for those who dont know: nobody likes a tattletale.

Went today for 4 new tires, also got them installed. Took about 2.5 hours which was a little over the estimated time but they did install same day walk in and the overall price was fair compared to other tire shops so Im pretty happy overall.
Cant get them on the phone to check price and availability on tires.

They were as gracious has the guys over at Les Schwab and the value of the tires was unbeatable. Happy well-paid employees take ownership in their jobs. Was told 3 hour wait for 1 flat tire repair. Okay, I was fine with that until it turned out to be at 5 hour wait! Plus they dont reset the tire sensors. Now I have to find someone who does it.
Called in to get tires and when I arrived they only had half of them.

I came in to replace my car battery which was still under warranty. I went on a Saturday so of course it would be busy which is understandable but I was there for almost 2 hours just to switch out my car battery. It seemed like very few people in the automotive center knew what they were doing and gave very vague instructions on where they wanted me to go, where to park my car etc. Im giving this 2 stars instead of 1 since the associates who assisted me were nice overall and I know it was busy.
Got 4 tires here. They tell you its a 2 hour wait, there are obviously other people ahead, and youre ok with that. An hour later they call and tell you its ready. Maybe another employee showed up, maybe the employees there kicked it up a notch, maybe the guy at the desk padded the wait time. But, you cant deny how good it feels to get services done faster than expected. Great job Walmart Auto! Keep up the good work.

Not happy. This is my second attempt coming to get my tire changed and they tried to tell me that they weren’t accepting any cars for tires. I came here at 4:30 when they close at 7!!!!!! Unhappy as I’ve been waiting for 4 hours and my car has not been done yet. They need to expand, hire more workers or something. This isn’t right. Horrible customer service. I miss the Auto care that was on Shaw. They never failed me.Update: they gave me a small discount for the wait. I guess they aren’t too bad..

This is crazy! The auto center has no help. I went yesterday to ask for a price on a set of tires but the line was too long. I just now waited on the phone for 21 minutes and they couldnt get anyone to help me. Poor customer service.
I went in on Saturday. I needed new tires. Everyone was polite and helpful. I was told it would be a 3 hour wait because weekends are so busy. It only took half that time.

Friendly staff but for whatever reason didnt have the socket for the lug nuts for my vehicle. I dont understand how a multi-million dollar company doesnt have the proper tools for every possibility.Also didnt get a very good reason for the lack of the correct socket. Just, they didnt have it. A little more information would have been nice.

Just make sure you have hours of spare time to get a simple oil change. Seems to me the tire and lube department lacks in basic customer service especially since I was there on their very first busy day ever. Or do they just suck everyday?
The guys were rude. They didnt have 2 matching tires for my tire size and they just laughed in my face when I told them I called and asked if I needed an appointment. I always get my oil changed here. Went to Jiffy Lube and they tried to scam me on paying 60 dollars on an oil change using hi mileage oil. I said no thanks got the same or better for about 34.00. Also faster service. You have to come early, because it fills up fast.
Witnessed something pretty bad here today. Was getting some tires put on and a gentleman walked in asking for an oil change - he wanted the synthetic blend oil. The person at the register kept trying to sell him on high mileage saying that all oil is synthetic now. He took the customer to the isle to prove it - and the customer showed the employee that, there is in fact non synthetic high-mileage (duh.) Why was the employee not just selling what the customer asked for? No idea.Fast forward (meanwhile Im still waiting) the customer comes back because his car is done. They charge him for 6 quarts. The customer asks why 6, it only takes 5. They argue it took 6, so they go outside to check the dipstick. I follow outside just to ease-drop :)Sure enough, they filled it above the top line of the stick all the way above the top hole on the dip stick (!!!!!). By this time the manager was there. Their response was classic Well were checking the oil with the engine off - you need to check it when its running.Wow... just.... wow. WOW!!!!!! I mean, I know its walmart so much cant be expected, but I was floored that they dont even have basic oil change training.

Had to order a replacement tire from them. They said they would call me first thing in the morning when it shows up. By noon I call to ask if its come in and the guy has me on hold for ten minutes before hanging up. I tried again and again on hold another ten minutes before being hung up on again. Third time I call and tell them Im tired of being hung up on and just want a simple question answered. The guy responds with mhmm and puts me back on hold. If you need a new tire dont waste your time.

Had oil change done, took 1.15 hours 10 am.No wonder....Cars that were behind me (4) were serviced before me...It wasnt because of color(Im cocoa brown)It was because of management neglect...!!!

Good prices for service, but usually long wait. Fine if you have shopping to do inside Walmart, but annoying otherwise.
I ordered and paid for tires online, and they were delivered to the store. I made an appointment and the line just to get to the one clerk was a 30 minute wait because he had to keep leaving his register and go over to look for tires. They had no other help and finally after 30 minutes got another clerk. He was three weeks into the job and could not find the appointmen for 10 minutes and then tried to charge me Triple the amount for the installation until I suggested he asked somebody else because that was not the amount they quoted me. After 2 hours of waiting for the tires to be put on I asked the same clerk to check and see where they were in the installation and he told me he couldnt check. I found another Clerk and she told me the car was ready. I am very disappointed in their tire department and when I call the store manager I was put on hold for 14 minutes and they never answered. I had to call corporate to get someone to listen to my concerns.

Overcharged me for my oil, forged my signature on the receipt promised to inspect a leak. When I went to pick it up they initially gave me the keys to someone elses toyota, and then proceeded to tell me my car was ready, when I asked about the leak they were to inspect the manager said we dont advertise repairs or full inspections because legally were not mechanics, just service technicians. And I explained the pretense I was under of assuming the price I was given would include inspecting the parts theyre legally allowed to work on (parts involve motor oil and break oil such as break line, your oil filter housing etc) and the manager said well the employee who rang you up wouldnt have said wed inspect your car because we dont advertise that. When he very well did. The initial person helping me calculated that Id owe 44 dollars and change for everything after tax, and when I came to pick it up was charged 52 dollars. When the price of service goes up after learning you were misinformed of the services being done on your car, theres a serious problem with your customer service. They also forged my signature on a receipt before beginning work on my vehicle. I should have taken the warning signs as reason to take my car and money to another shop
