The ladies couldnt be nicer or more helpful! I got a cake decoration printed on a type of fondant and my grandson loved it! Thank you!!

Ive been to this store a quite a few times as its the only store I know that has a variety of the stuff I need to bake. Every time I have visited this store, no one greets me. I am left wandering the store by myself because the employees are using the phone or hanging out by checkout.As I was waiting to be checked out, keep in mind Im the only one in the store and no one is in line. The employee at the register just stares at me and after a few min asks are you ready. There is no hi, how are you or did you find everything okay, just silence.I love the store and their huge selection, but I do believe their employees can have better customer service.

It was my sister and I first time in the store. When we walked in the lady in the front greeted us. The ladies that work there are all so helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back customer service is awesome! they have so much great things to choose from.

BEST PLACE EVER!!! Ive been going to this place for 11 years!!! Everyone, from the store owner to the customers, are very nice and always open to give suggestions and tips. Sometimes, I go there to hangout because the workers are soooo cool 😊 Another great perk, they have an award program.I honestly DONT think they are overpriced.

What a store.....They have everything youll ever need to make, bake and create beautiful, Cakes, cookies candy Cupcakes. I love the huge selection of cookie cutters, The sprinkles selection is also big, All the girls are so helpful, and ready to serve you. The very first time I went to the store I met 3 Bakers, all who were making Wedding Cakes. They all were just going to be so beautiful when finished. I saw the Photos of them. WOW Now Im here all the time buying all m baking supplies, if they dont have it just let them know and it will be there no worries.

This place is so cool! I was looking for edible glitter and they had it in every color imaginable. We needed it for a special Christmas dessert and had looked at all the big stores and found nothing. Wow, and their staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. We will go to this place first from now on!

I can find many of the cakes supplies I use here including boxes and all americolor choices I could want or need!

This store has most of what you need but beware it is VERY over priced! Im shocked that the owner can sleep at night charging her customers that much!!!
