Awesome custom signs, clothes, decals, stickers....anything

Very slow service. I have got my signs made there five or six times and it’s always the same long drawn drawn out unorganized process. The problem is communication. It’s time to find a new sign shop.

I called Sign Max a few weeks ago because I am moving my business and need new signage. They made the signs at my current place a few years ago and did an amazing job. This time was nothing like the experience I had before. I called and left two messages to have Mark call me. When I finally got him, I let him know we were opening the new store in about 2 weeks and I asked how fast could he get new signs for me. It took a few days; he went out and met my store manager for pictures but never sent a quote or email. I heard nothing from him. Mark left me in a jam to find someone else since I kept trying to contact him for 2 weeks, causing us to delay the opening of our store. As a business owner myself, this is not how you treat clients. I am very disappointed and was left in a bind.
