Love this store. The owners are great people. They have every supply needed. Support black owned. The associates are friendly and helpful and can answer questions. Im not used to getting my hair done (bi annually) so its good to go somewhere I know I can get assistance.

I Go to Pink Palace Alot every other Sunday to buy Wigs & the Prices are perfect for Me. The Ladys that work here are so Amazing. But I go on Sundays Only And the Reason is... On a Sunday I had a Really Bad hair Day BAD BAD😫 I notes that one of them were looking at me But she never went to go tell the others anything. I can tell she was concerned & she Cared the way I look.But I just Love the way she told me something Honey you know what you buy wigs alot I see you here all the time you should try to put a cap on & get this oil for the wig to make it shinier I said Ya.... I should cuz I glue the wig on my hair & I have patches alright lol... she breaths & Says YA I KNOW 👀 & I LAUGHED. So if you want good customer service go on a Sunday or any other day There All Amazing & Kind they Never look at you Wried even though you look Wried like Me 😆

This is my ONLY go to shop in Fresno for wigs, clip-ons, you name it. Best selections and prices ever. Im blonde so finding anything in this town that caters to us blondes is next to impossible. I go once a month (sometimes more) and am never disappointed. All the gals there are friendly and helpful and take time to get you what you need. The owner is a gem and will order things for you if needed. Just the best store. We have needed a one-stop store like this for sometime. You have a customer for life here Pink Palace!

I will never buy another wig from Pink Palace, I purchase a wig but when I open the box a week later I decided to wear the wig for my Birthday, to my surprise it wasnt the wig I chose, She switched the wig, she was so busyswitching wigs, she put it in a box with a picture of another wig on it. if she did not have the wig just let me know dont cheat.

Nice place for beauty products

I always thought this was the best place with the best price until I decided to dye my hair for the first time. I went in and ask for help on dying my hair green (I’m naturally black). The lady then gave me everything I needed to dye my hair green(supposedly). I get home and dye my hair green not knowing I was supposed to dye my hair blonde first and now I think this lady was looking at me like I’m stupid? Now I have to spend more money to dye my hair green. I honestly regret going there in the first place.

Store is much bigger since they moved. Customer service is better. Things still seem a mess.

The lady’s that worked there are so nice and welcoming they helped me find all that I was looking for I would definitely recommend for hair and some nail supplies I bought false tips wouldn’t recommend them they were kinda cheaply made and cost almost 11$ but all my other products I can not complain about loved it nice clean and friendly 👍🏽

Great selection, but half of the merchandise sent prices so youre asking how much everything is. Also, a lot of the cashier dont have a lot of good customer service. A lady came in rambling extremely loud about the end of the world coming and no one did anything about it except entertain her.

Its not there business so they will never truly run it like a great owner will! I will never step foot refer anyone or spend a penny in the pink palace! So sad it use to be great 5 years ago!!!!!

They are a liar and they called me a liar. They act like didnt know their own coworker that told me a different n lower price. Change the price of a product less than a week. They ripped me off. Poor Customer Services since were on they were on phone, Rude, Have a lot of attitude. They wont teach me how to wear a wig. I had to ask questions. This place is not worth anyone time. Never coming back here. I rather order my wigs or color contacts online.

I love going there for all my hair needs skin needs and also with things for my sons. On the staff there is very very helpful and knowledgeable of all up products that they have in any questions that you may have about the products I want to thank them all.

My mom and I usually have good experiences there with great customer service. Buy this last time we went to buy so hair they said they opened at 9 my mom and I sat outside for 20 mind and eventually left because the store wasnt open . If you say youre going to be open at 9 then you should be OPEN and ready to serve customers at 9 . Its really unprofessional.

Store expansion added a lot more products to chose from and the employees are always curiosity!!

Yesterday I went to pink palace and didnt realize that I had left my wallet. Im sorry I cant remember the young ladys name, but shes originally from Memphis. She found my wallet and had her cousin, who is also from Memphis, to return it to me. I had money, credit cards, and social security cards. EVERYTHING was there. She had used my license and put my address in her gps and brought it to me. I tried to at least give her gas money for the trip, but she wouldnt accept it. For those who doubt, there are still good people in the world. GOD, please bless and keep her and her family!!!!!

Recently went to store to buy hair oil and a lovely helpful lady named Berdice was there helped me find the products I needed for my hair and she had such a pretty helpful smile on her face . So glad they hired her every one else has an attitude as I walked in .

I love the store. Always go there for my hair.But the service in the Visalia Pink Palace is horrible. The bags of hair are not priced correctly so when you go to cash out your paying more then you originally thought. The customer service is bad as well. The vendor doesnt speak to anyone && fails to inform you of mispriced items until after shes rang you up.Liked the store better when it was still in Hanford.

I know when they first opened on shields they were rude and unprofessional and I lived in walking distance and would drive to the beauty store on the other side of town then go there....but I most admit the last couple of times I went there with my mom was a big improvement so Ill give them another chance and even had the hair I wanted

Terrible customer service. They didn’t help me until they were finished with their 10 minute long conversation. And when I asked prices they just say whatever comes to their head. I asked the price of a 35” wig and at first they said $29.99 and when I asked a second time she said $35.
