Im not sure if its because of social distancing, fear of covid or just negligence but the customer service on the floor was somewhat lacking... I was at one point the only person in the store and was having to chase after associates. Once more people began to come in they were a little more on the ball. I noticed Beverly at the register and she was, as shes always, a great help!

Good customer service but I wish they had a better selection in store. Most of the real good stuff is online.

They really need to expand their womens work boot section.

Worst customer service by far! No one to help check out, two employees standing by the registers and none where able to help out. The worst part is that they blamed a seasonal for a mistake that was done by a full on employee. Took my business elsewhere.

They have a nice selection of things and I was planning to buy a few pairs of boots for my daughter and myself but not one person tried to help me. I saw them willing to help 3 other people as soon as they walked in so I walked out and will be finding another location to try out.

Bought boots $160 wore a few hours too small, but when tried to get smaller size, but since tag was off no deal ....Ok the problem ... they let me leave boots at counter to find exchange 25 minutes of my time leading me to believe I could exchange boots, then the gal at counter said they couldnt do an equal exchange, I asked ok, how much to exchange? Then she finally let me know I wore boots removed tags there was not going to an exchange... very bad customer service

They have high tier quality work wear. Feels like country fashion.

Great selection of boots and clothing ladies were super nice helping us out.

Its a nice store with a big selection of boots, but I only give them four stars because they dont have nearly enough employees out on the floor to help you find the boots you need. Eventually, a young woman did help us and did a great job. She was able to help our 16 year-old find the right boots at the price he was able to pay. She was very knowledgeable. But we were there looking for at least a half hour before she could help us.

The boots are slightly pricey but they are very high quality

Went into the store, looking for a pair of boots for my husband. They didn’t have my husbands size, but MariLou help us to find the right pair and help us right from the beginning! Great person with positive attitude!

The service was great. They were very helpful up to the point where they started to suspect us for stealing. After that, they watched us like a hawk to its prey. They phoned the police for back up. So after we payed for our items, we left and so did they police. I wont go into that store again. Maybe a different location, but not this particular one. They made me feel like a criminal. Boo for this store.

I love the smell when you walk in here. Theres so many leather products and clothing and boots. The staff is very friendly and helpful. the only thing I would say is it might be a little bit pricey however they do have really nice boots. from work boots to fancy boots you might wear at the club they have anything and everything you might need boot-wise. I definitely recommend this place. Im not even into the whole cowboy boots and hat stuff but when I came here it seems kind of fun because of the way everything was set up in the design of the interior part of the building.

Great (and large) selection of boots of course, but also western wear, and a limited selection of hats. Overall, noticed a number of quality name brands in inventory. I would say the pricing is competitive, with frequent sale items. My wife and I have probably spent close to $1k here, so yes, we recommend you give them a try.

Got what I needed on my own. 3 people working the floor and nobody asked if I needed help. They were all in the front of the store chatting.

Overall it was a good experienceBut 2 of the guys there were rude one was falling asleep and the other was just plain rude that I want to help out with anything so we had to wait for someone else to help us

Couldnt tell the difference between customers and employees. And when we did manage to find someone they seemed bothered by me asking to open the dressing room. It was so hot inside too. Just super annoying in general. High priced and bad attitudes, but great brands. So I recommend to buy online if you know what your looking for.

I was there yesterday and I experienced racism at its worst! The female employees feel a certain type of way about themselves and I didn’t look their way at all because what they’re wearing is too manly for me, so they decided to be rude instead and not excuse themselves when they walked past me, shoving out of the way. One in particular with dark hair, I called her names as she walked away and I know she heard me, but got scared. I hate this place! Never going back!!

They were very helpful & found the size my husband needed which is difficult!!

The lady helping us was very nice, but they do not accept debit so make sure to take cash for purchases.

Terrible experience nobody help us and we got at the register they didnt bother to get us boots from the back we had to get the ones they had on display.We even told the guy at the register to get us other ones from the back his like no theres no more so lazy to do their job. And this was at the one in West Shaw in fresno.

Staff did not know their merchandise. Drove​ all the way from West Fresno to pick up two vests and John told Sierra he had the in the correct size and didnt have the right vest or correct size. He told us well this is what i have! Not impressed with Clovis Boot Barn.

On June 6th, 2019 my husband and I made a purchase at the Boot Barn store in 3324 W Shaw Ave, store number 0185. Our experience there was horrible, compared to the first time we shopped there. First off one of the sales associates was extremely unhelpful. I had given her her 10.5 size boots for her to go to the back and get me the other boot because we were going purchase them. She came back with size 9 boot, which she kept insisting thats the size I gave her. She just kept insisting thats the boot i gave her instead of going to the back and just getting the size i needed which was 10.5. The first time I gave her the boot she took about 15 minutes to bring out the boots. When I told her those werent the correct size she said those are the ones I gave her so when she finally stoped insisting those are the ones I gave her and headed towards the back to get the correct size she took less than 4 mins to come with the ones I jad given her in the first place. Unfortunately I didnt get her name and to be honest I wasnt going to make a complain, untill we had to encounter the clerk that ringed us up. Jasmine the clerk was extremely rude. Her approach to attending us was like she didnt want to attend us. She seemed annoyed by our presence to the point were she grabbed her cowboy hat and slammed it on the counter. Which by then the clerk next to her turned around an glanced at her, and looked at us an complimented The boots we were getting my one year old. Which we replied to the other clerk by telling her thank you, thats when Jasmine got more fustrated at told my husband sign in annoyed tone because we were talking to the other clerk. The whole time we were being attended by Jasmine she made it really uncomfortable be the way she would talk to us. Its really unfortunate the type of customer service we received, especially because we loved this store; because of the amazing customer service they had before. I would also like to add my husbands boots were to tight, which he called today June 3, 2019. My husband spoke with the manager to see what they could do and they told him to go to another Boot Barn because there is already people infront of him to get boots stretched.

Poorly ran and slow check out counter. Went in around lunch to buy a simple item and the check out line ran hallway down the store. Only two checkers. No big deal, its a busy time Id come back later. Came back in before close and got in line behind one needy group taking a while to check out. Rather than open one more register to move customers through, one employee would rather sort returns. Sorry kind of a rant, but this wasnt a 5 star experience.
