Culligan Water has been great for me & my son, We have had them for two residents where we have lived and my son in a wheelchair it has been hard for him to get into kitchen & they always delivered on time and were very Professional and Curious. we had another service before and I am really glad we had switched to Culligan Water. Best water delivery company hands down. No taxes and what you are told is what you pay. No hidden fees or delivery fees. I had a differant company and they would charge a fee for delivery taxes ect my bill was $20 more every month because of this. Straight forward and easy to understand billing.

Were very happy with the service from Culligan. During the stay-at-home order, our usual routine of buying our own bottled water and bringing it home a few times a week was suddenly not too convenient. Instead, we arranged with Culligan to get a water cooler and larger bottles delivered directly to our home every two weeks. Its worked out well, and its not much more expensive than buying filtered water from the grocery. The convenience is worth something! Everyone at Culligan has been easy to work with, for instance in setting up automatic billing. Recommended!

Culligan not as good as Everyone seems to say, Their Filters Do Not Remove, Rust, Calcium or Hard Water spots, they only remove the chlorine. And the Service is not so Good, One of the Workers was Taking things from my Garage, so watch them close. Plus they try to Charge me for a Back Flush. Amount 100.00 to Use (My Water Hose) and Run the water from tank for five minutes and then test for Chlorine, Not worth 100.00, you can do this yourself.So if they tell you Anything comes Free get it in writing. Not Happy with Culligan.... Would Rather Have Gotten Bottled Water not the Expensive Filter that does Nothing..Think About your Choices before you Buy...Their are Cheaper Options Available

I love that I can call to pay my bill and that I get a receipt email when my water is delivered. I also like that when I call they “know” me...I’m not just a number. Also, they are very flexible when I want to change up my water bottle service for the summertime.

Awful! They don’t respond in a timely manner. They have forgotten part of our service almost every time they’ve come to our home, then when we remind them (each month!) it takes them another two weeks to come back to our house to complete the service! Absolutely ridiculous. Even now we can’t get them to contact us back and explain why they didn’t put the extra tanks in last week that they said we needed. We as customers do not feel like they care at all.

I called last week on August 28, 2019, Wednesday, and spoke to Donna for an appointment to fix my culligan unit. She said the next appointment available is September 3, 2019 Tuesday. She added “its Labor Day weekend, and this is the next available appointment “. She put me on 3:00 pm, September 3, Tuesday. I Came home from work expecting my appointment. I called and verify if they are coming over. To my surprise, Donna FORGOT to schedule my appointment.!!!! She told me the next appointment date is next Wednesday!!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! My unit has been leaking water for a week!!! I have this unit since 2012!!! I can’t get a good service appointment!!! I’m thinking about changing company that would give better service for a reasonable price with outstanding customer service.

My installer, Miguel, was absolutely fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure everything was done just right. I was amazed. I have never had such a professional and friendly installation experience. I could not have asked for any more! Thank you Miguel!!!!

I like the dependability of our service. I trust your company. No complaints about the service so far. Thank you for your service, dependability and trustworthiness. The lady who answers the phone and the accounting lady are very nice. A couple of things I would like to mention..Can I review the cost of the salt bags and maybe get a discount for being with you for so long or at least not have it go up as often? Also, it would be nice to get reminder calls about changing the filter inside our house about every 18 months. I always forget when it is time for the changing.

Your delivery drivers are fantastic! Always polite and helpful if I have any questions and needs. Sal is our regular driver but other drivers have delivered as well and they are all great! ....You can go with a different company for water, but plan on spending hours with a call center should you have problems....or you can go with Culligan a talk with a real person (an actual NICE person) right away that will make you feel like a valued customer! ~Obviously, I cant say enough good things about this company!

We are super happy with our RO system. The whole process - from ordering to installation was easy. The salesman was great and so was the technician who installed the system. Very happy with the end result of clean drinking water.

I love the way my skin feels after my shower and I never have any soap scum. I do keep my shower rinsed and dried after every shower so it is always perfect. Culligan water softener helps with that.The monthly delivery is so convenient and I never have to worry about the quality of my water.

Culligan is the best, and I know because I used to run a business which sold water filters. I highly recommend having your water filtered in Fresno as there can be pollutants in the ground water from all of the farming. I also highly recommend culligan. Ive tried other systems, and their system is the best. Ask for Kyle. Hes great.

Love having soft water again, and Culligan made that happen. Initially bought a water softener from Lowes, but returned it and went with Culligan when we were quoted upwards of $2,000 for just plumbing it in. Culligan did that for free, and guaranteed thier work.

Their service is terrible and if they had a lower score than 1 star I would give it to them. They say what day they are coming by, but never give you a time and when you ask it is a problem. The will set up an appointment and never show up and when you call them on it they tell you, We came by but we were locked out and we tried calling. Strange I was home all day and no one ever came by.I need to update my horrible review and say that the owner of the company called me personally and was considered. He looked into my complaints and assured me that this would not happen again. A man is only as good as his word and I will give him the opportunity to get this problem fixed. Culligan of Fresno has done a wonderful service for me over the years. Christie has been a pleasure to work with. I called to check my water Softner & RO system, they sent Kyle right over, who was extremely pleasant and professional. He fixed my water system and offered to give me a new water faucet as a replacement, without me even asking for it. I was not even charged for the visit. They have the state of the art equipment and highest professional service. They communicate with you every step of the way and their charges are very affordable. Jim Bell customer service is appalling! You can’t ask a question without him raising his voice and hearing the frustration on the other end, especially the sighs over the phone. Not sure if he is overworked, does like his work, or that’s just him. Whatever the case, if this company wants customers, stop using him to talk to customers.

Filter worked for a couple days then kept calling them they would come same problem over and over had it for over 6 years looks nice but dont work. went into there office they said they would do something about it back when i had berly got it, never did . I wouldnt reccoment the culligan filter.
