So sorry to hear that Rich is no longer with us. I pray for him and his family. Rich was a great guy and extremely good at what he did in helping bowlers of all skill levels. He will be greatly missed.

Rich provides an awesome service for all levels of bowlers. He updated my old Blue Hammer with a thumb insert. When the base broke for some reason Rich drilled out the old one plugged it and installed a new base at no charge. I have since purchased a Roto Grip Wreckem from Rich. He drilled and matched it up with the specifications of my Hammer exactly. I also got a great deal in purchasing a ball, bag and shoes for my son. For bowling needs there is no place better.
