Very great place to get dresses made for my teenage girl. The owner still remembers my wife from 30 plus years ago. They know what they do there. Great service.

Its an awesome place to get wedding gowns, prom, tuxedos and etc. The owner has a beautiful spirit and she works with you.

Never again. My soon to be husbands tux didnt fit right and they told us to bring it right back so he goes back to the shop and they closed for the night. The day before our wedding..So we had to improvise attach a hairtie to make the necktie fit. He couldnt wear the jacket it was a hot mes, never again. We dont recommend.

My son went back in may gave a 40 deposit for a tuxedo. He went today with a few other kids to pick up the tuxedos and dresses and to pay off the remaining balance. When they arrived two of the boys didnt get their tuxedos because they were told they never gave the deposit. We showed them the bank statement where it clearly shows we paid them 40$. They finally after giving them a hard time are giving my son a tuxedo but not quite the same color. I called the store spoke to a girl who had horrible customer service and she told me I had to speak to Amparo. I waited 27 min before the girl got back on the phone with attitude and told me Amparo is busy with someone else and if I wanted to talk to her I need to leave a message. I said no Ive been waiting for 30 min already and asked the girl for her name and she rufused to give it to me. Im still on hold as I write this and have been on hold for now 51 min. Horrible customer service. I would stay as far as possible from this place if you ever think about renting from them. Two boys will have different tuxedos and 2 girls will have different dresses due to their ignorance. Poor customer service!! And now they just hung up on me.. they refuse to speak to me. So disappointing.

Amparo Helped Us Find Charro Suits And The Guys Looked Great. She Helped My Mom Find A Beautiful Long Dress For The Special Occasion And Had Some Alterations Done And They Came Out Amazing. She Helped Me Find The Dress I Had Found In Green Bt Wanted It In Red. I Think It Was Awesome Of Her To Go Above And Beyond To do That For Me. This store has horrible customer service. I recently went in to purchase a dress on a Saturday. The lady there had told me that itd be in by Friday so Saturday I called and after being left on the phone for approximately 30 minutes while I heard them dealing with other customers they told me to call back on Monday . So when I called Monday they told me my dress would be in for sure on Wednesday. When Wednesday came, they finally told me that they didnt know when my dress it would be in and advised me to choose another

Worst customer service. Plus took our measurements for my dress and husbands tux and still got the size wrong. My husbands tux jacket didnt fit at all, his pants were too big. My nephews pants were to small. The entire thing was a big mess. Would never go back there or reccomend to anyone.
