Jancet did amazing with my dress!! I had to get several alterations on the one dress because my hips are a size 10, mid 6, top 4. So I needed several adjustments. She totally heard what I wanted and did exactly what I hoped for. Prices are very reasonable! Highly recommend!!

Janet is an amazing and kind person! I had a week to find someone to alter my prom dress and she was able to get it done in days. She has 50 years of experience so obviously it came out perfect! Just tell her what you need done and she will be able to do it. The pricing was also really good and definitely reasonable. Not expensive at all especially for what I was asking for. I definitely recommend going here!

She completed the job beautifully, and took the time to explain the process of bustling it when I picked it up. She had continuously delivered amazing results! Absolutely the best choice I couldve made for alterations!When I got my wedding dress, the biggest worry for me was taking it to someone who didnt know what they were doing. After reading as many reviews as possible, I decided to take my dress to Best Bridal Alterations since, out of all the alterations places I saw, she had the most positive feedback. Thank God I did! She works on wedding dresses, bridesmaid, and mother of the bride dresses mainly which was extremely important to me. You dont have to be a seamstress to know that working on a wedding dress is VERY different from working on everyday clothes. From the moment I first scheduled a meeting, Janset came across as friendly and very knowledgeable. We talked prices (under 200 for bustling, hemming, a little nip and tucking and steaming to get the wrinkles out) which was 10x better than what I heard other brides paying.First trip, pinning. Second trip, making sure the hem line was perfect before she cut (the attention to detail was perfect. Even before I said anything, she found the points that she pinned too high and quickly made the adjustments). After the second trip, she told me shed have the sewing part done in a week and she said shed hold it until the week of the wedding so that she could steam it and the dress would stay wrinkle free. On the third and final visit, I tried on the dress and it was......I cried it was so perfect. It was like the feeling I had when I first said yes to the dress! On every visit, she was professional and very friendly. Id say that if youre a bride and youre worried about your alterations, you cannot go wrong with Best Bridal Alterations!!

I don’t usually review but she is extremely affordable and has altered many my dates dresses. I recommend her over any other dress alteration place in Fresno. She does Prom dresses as well.

Just picked up my wedding dress! Janset is sweet, professional, patient, and understanding. She went above and beyond to make sure the alterations were to my satisfaction as we had numerous fittings. Highly recommend. My cousin was getting her wedding dress altered and bussled so I brought my matron of honor dress for minor adjustments and she did an awesome job. Showed me how to bussle her dress for the big day. I knew just the place to go when buying my wedding dress. She did an amazing job. Fast and resonable prices. Very lovely lady.

Very unhappy with the service! I trusted that my alterations were done. I put on the dress the day of the wedding and it was way too long. I was so uncomfortable the whole time… I was stepping on the dress the entire time. I ended up changing outfits because I was too uncomfortable. No alterations were made to my dress. I am wearing 3” heels in this photo… you can see how much my dress sits on the floor.
