I contacted the Fresno company for a bid on foundation material for a new construction build but was blown off.I originally spoke to Matt and then to another employee named Chuck. Matt told me to email him my list of materials but never followed through. I followed-up twice. I told Chuck I had contacted Matt and was still waiting on a quote. He told me he would leave Matt a message.Bottom line, I was blown off. Not even a courtesy were too busy or something I could understand. Im taking all my construction business to someone else. If youre looking for good customer service, avoid Hub Construction.

Company not responsive on bids for jobs. Construction materials have skyrocketed...this is not the time for suppliers of material to blow off customers. Ive passed my experience on to two other contractors. Taking my business elsewhere.
