This company is extremely horrible it’s not a good place to work for when it comes to security and not a good company to hire for security I do not recommend anyone work for them at all if u want a good security company to work for and hire CIS security is a excellent company to work for great benefits weekly pay and can work around ur schedule I recommend them or any other security that’s non like turner

Turner Security Officer Parked in Handicap Stall...January 19, 2020 Approximately 1159 HourAs I was searching for a closer handicap parking stall and had observed one near the entrance of Target store in River Park Shopping Center, I waited for the security vehicle (approaching from the south bound direction) to pass, but instead Turner Security officer decided to pulled into the handicap stall (the one stall I was about to use).I located another handicap stall that was a little further away and as I was slowly getting out of my vehicle, the security officer proceed to back out the handicap stall and I gesture him to stop. Upon making contact with the security officer, I observed he had on a captain bars on his collars. I said to him, why did you decide to park in a handicap spot? He said he needed to talk to someone. I said to the officer, you should know better then that and he apologies.Personal Comment:It would be nice for society to have common decency and respect for disability community and be considerate for people who genuinely need the handicap stall;s.It is hard enough for those who have sever disability to get in and out of their vehicle in their daily lives, And for someone who is serving the private sector community to disregard and disrespect the disability community by parking in the handicap stall without proper State DMV credentials (placard or handicap plate) is a misdemeanor crime and just plain stupidity.

You guys are must be desperate for people because your guard was something special. I walk out the apartment laundry room and he is just standing there looking at me asking who else is washing clothes? Like I really know everyone in my apartment complex who is washing clothes guy!

Turner is very dishonest if you call on a certain matter like a parking issue etc... the guys that are employed by Turner play favoritism if they know the resident at the complex they will not abide by the rules and reprimand them, issue a violation etc.... Also Turner works for I and I Property Management the combination of the 2 is horrible, deplorable, dishonest, their properties reek with homelessness and drug addicts and do nothing ! BUT THEY SURE WILL TAKE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN RENT MONEY / REVENUE! Be careful.

My brother in law works here. Been hearing a lot bad stuff about this company. And the guy that does the scheduling. Someone about to get called on Just saying.

I have been working with Turner for over 2 years. All I can say is that this company has alot of negativities such as 1. Dishonesty. 2. Cheap. 3. Favoritism. 4. Getting force to work. 5. Cheat on your payroll. 6. Limited hours. 7. Schedule changed weekly. 8. Poor benefits. 9. Gary and Mike. 10. Finally UNPROFESSIONALISM. I do not recommend this company, it was stressful and I suffered not just from physical health issues, but I also mentally suffered from all the bs from Turner.

If your looking for a job here, don’t bother. The turn over rate is high and this company doesn’t value its employees. No benefits are offered, even if your hired full time. Very unprofessional, be aware.

This business cares very little for its employees...period. They will work you to death at minimum wage while its owner enjoys African Safaris and a wealthy lifestyle. They are very money driven and will underbid other companies to keep you working but in the end the owner is the one that cashes in....not the worker.

DO NOT work for this company. I know several security guards and was told, They pay you minimum wage (unlimited stress, full time but no benefits, no vacation time and more) for the amount of things you need to deal with. Mike moa is not understanding, he only cares about the money not his employees. If you’re on duty at a site and get harmed/threated he’s not going to care, ask anyone of his guards! Many have quit due to this reason! If you see any guard not caring about his job it’s because they are treated like PRISONED SLAVES and only way to exit is if the guard gets a new job which is not always simple. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. They do NOT know how to treat security guards. Without them, Mike Mua Turner wouldn’t have all the money and vacations they have. 0 stars!

These rent a cops are a joke. You fools need to learn how to drive when you’re patrolling a parking lot. I was clearly reverse parking my diesel and this incompetent driver sped up to drive behind me and go around. That’s a good way to cause an accident and create more traffic in a parking lot.

A very protective company with great guards and good people, I would recommend anyone who needs security guards in Fresno to hire them here.

Its a scam in the name of a security company. You get trapped in their predatory contract and wonder why are they pulling off every trick in the book to NOT let you go. You get stuck for 3 years and if for any reason things change in your life, u r stuck ! They will make u pay ! You are better off going with national companies. They are far more professional and off course better service too.

As a resident of one of the complexes theyre contracted with, weve been told by the property management to call them if theres any problems. The dispatchers are usually ambivalent and uncaring when reporting an incident and if a guard does shows up, so much time has passed the situation has dispersed. They rarely even bother to take down any info of the reporting or involved parties. Sad excuse for a security company overall.
