The cutest apples ever! They get super creative around the holidays. They always have great gift ideas as well. The apples are normally pretty fresh but every once in a while we get one that’s not. It doesn’t happen often though.

Really has gone down hill everything tastes old and chocolate is hard as rock. Chocolate wishes in Clovis is 100x better.

Just went in and told them what Apple I wanted and while I payed with one female cashier the other female grabbed my apple and bagged it . Once I got to the car I seen she gave me a completely different apple even though she repeated what I wanted back to me. Also the apples are much smaller than the fashion fair location

Soooooo yummy! Secret confession... sometimes I treat myself to a Rocky Road Caramel Apple for lunch! Theyre HUGE! The whole team says Welcome In! When you enter and and you can make custom order requests! Theyre amazing! They always have a basket for every occasion and themed apples for every season/holiday. You almost never need to buy gifts anywhere else! Im working on trying every flavor truffle... there are SO MANY! 🥰

First things first, I have never in my entire life have felt it was necessary to post a review until now. I was walking nearby, and I had just come from Claire’s when I decided to sit nearby the store. Although ever since I was little I loved going to this chocolate store, I was shocked and appalled with how they treated their employees when no one is inside the store. When working in this industry, it is a manager’s decency to at least respect their employees, but yet what I have seen at this store, its clear respect isn’t given and I will DEFINITELY NEVER come back to this location. Aside from disrespect, every single time I have had purchased chocolate dipped items, such as candy apples, cheesecake, etc., the chocolate never felt fresh and I often felt it to be too gritty or too hard. I am disappointed in how the quality of the products have worsened over the years. I do not recommend!

One of my favorite shops to grab a sweet treat! Everyone is always so friendly and the variety of high quality goodies they offer is fantastic. I also set up a fundraiser with them for Valley Childrens Adaptive Sports track team last summer. They were organized and helpful during the whole process.

Im so sad to give this review but it has to be done. I went to buy some candy apples for my nieces yesterday and there was black and white mold under all that carmel and chocolate. I just hope the kids dont get sick from eating it since we didnt notice the mold until after the kids ate some already. Super disappointed and grossed out. I will no longer be going there. The risk is not one Im willing to take since you cant see the mold under all the toppings. I wish I could post pictures of the mold on here.Update: @Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory thank you for responding. To clarify, it was indeed mold as it had the look, texture, and fuzz of mold.
