Yesterday our new Tesla 3 performance model was delivered to our home. Later that night, and before even driving it for the first time, the tire pressure warning alert was triggered on the app. The following day, we took our first ride which sadly was just to put air in the tire. While doing so we discovered a nail. We immediately called the phone number listed for the Fresno location but as usual, got routed through the national system. When we did get to speak with someone they said we’d receive a callback shortly from the Fresno location. While waiting for the call (which never came) we drove our other car to the dealership as it was Friday at around 4:45 and wanted to speak with someone before the weekend. Upon entering, we received probably the worst customer service one could imagine. We let them know we had received our brand new vehicle yesterday presumably with a nail in the tire as we had not yet driven it yet and the man behind the desk (will determine his name later and update) stated, “I’m off in 10 minutes and we’re closed all weekend so there’s nothing I can do for you.” Upon explaining that they should have already received notification about this from the national Tesla, the man rudely said, “No I didn’t get any call about it.” Fortunately, a few other employees who appeared concerned about the situation asked a few more questions and had us speak with Gabriel who was kind and compassionate and we are hopeful the situation will be resolved next week. Meanwhile, the rude employee chimes in to tell us that they are weeks booked out for service and he wished we would have called an hour ago….despite hearing us say we just discovered the issue with tire, immediately called Tesla and before even waiting for a callback drove over to speak with them in person. Unreal.Now the question is whether they will just attempt to patch the tire which we feel is completely unacceptable as we just spent 60K on a brand new car that was delivered to us with a nail in the tire. We are hoping we can update with a happy ending to this frustrating story. Rating will be reconsidered upon outcome!
Employees do not care, seemed bothered about the concerns I had about the build quality
My wife just picked up our car which had window damage. Dont expect them to recharge your car, clean it or even have access to a fax machine to send the invoice to your insurance. Oh, and good luck getting another Tesla as a loaner vehicle while in the shop, maybe youll luck out like we did and get a Mitsubishi. Love to see if they even respond to this.
This is the service center, but you can also test drive cars and pick up your ordered cars there, too! On the service side ... Quick and efficient!
Probably the worst company Ive ever dealt, as far as privately owned companies. Starting with buying the car and then the next 18 months of buying any kind of accessory. If you ever happen to want to talk to a human, that is a 3 week process to get there. Then when you get a human, its an underpaid intern, with a 10 day shelf-life. I feel bad for the interns, they dont have answers, just company scripted lines.It has to be the worst Ive ever dealt with if you ever need anything... only 2nd (barely) to the DMV or government entities.
Love our new Model Y, had a great experience with pick up and sorting out all the details. We unfortunately got a drill bit in our tire after weeks of having our car and the service team (Jed and Gabriel) were amazing, they worked us in their busy schedule and got the job done quickly. We appreciate having this service center so close by. Thank you everyone at Tesla!
I had heard horror stories about tesla before I bought mine. I have had 2 service appointments since getting my used model x and both have been fantastic.
They help us and explain it to us evrthytng we need to know on the tesla model 3 there are really helpful and friendly
Very bad experience. After waiting 2 months for the delivery of X model Seng called me to say that they dont manufacture it any more and there is a 10K increase in the price if I want the new version will not start production in April. I cancelled my order and wish never placed it with them and wasted my time.

Worst service ever! I scheduled an appointment to fix my paint and it turned out that all they were going to do that day was take pictures of the scratches on the car. I had to drive an hour there and back for them to take pictures of a car that they had already taken pictures of before I picked it up. They told me they would take the pictures that day and someone would call me to set the actual appointment to fix the paint but they ended up cancelling the whole thing entirely. They make me wish I never bought the car.
Wow, went in with so many questions and my parents as doubters, but Seng really was great. VERY informative answered all questions my doubtful father had. Was a flawless experience for a test drive.
