I bought carpet from them in 2016, it was very good. The price was low, the work was fast and thorough. I highly recommend them.

From them very first interaction with Valley Remnants & Rolls, we were impressed. Everyone knew what they were doing and we got excellent guidance from James, the sales representative that we worked with. Rodney and his crew were both conscientious and courteous. Everyone loves the new carpet and has commented on how professionally it was installed.

Loved it i found exactly what I wanted and at a really great price. There is not a carpet store in town that could or would have gave me the deal I got from this place. The gentlemen that helped us was very quick and knowledgeable of where things were in there store and Warerhouse. He was very nice and helpful and once I found what I wanted he finished the whole transaction in a matter of just minutes. I love that because Ive always got a busy schedule and dont feel like I have to much time to browse. They all were wearing their mask and I appreciate that because if not I would have had to turn around and leave. Thank you guys your so very awesome.

They sold me a carpet and installed wood floors the carpet started peeling up wheres the carpet met the wood floors I called the management there was times so they sent out to install guy who install the carpet and he wanted to put a piece of carpet 1 foot wide by 8 ft long to replace where it was peeling up I told no that would look funny how I have a brand new piece of carpet with carpet that has been broken in and kind of Warren Inn it will not match and it is in one of the main walkways of the house where company in gas to see it so I called the management back again management does not return my phone calls and does not do anything to resolve the situation please do not buy carpet here if any problems or defects they will leave you hanging

Over due review. James was amazing in helping us with new floors and carpet. He was on time for the appointment and professional. He was honest through the whole way and didn’t try to up sell. The men that came to do the installation where Professional and quick. I will be using be using them again.

I so appreciated his help in answering my questions about the process.Armando and his team were wonderful. They arrived exactly on time both days, and were friendly, considerate, and meticulous. The job took two days, and the team was here exactly on time each day. The guys cleaned and polished the floor before leaving, and cleaned up after themselves so well, that you would never have known they were here...except for my gorgeous new flooring.Just the best!

Arrived right on time. They removed old carpet and installed new carpet in two bedrooms in under two hours. They did an amazing job and Trish was very nice and helpful.

This company is wonderful to work with. They are so accommodating.We have had them do our entire home in the past. Today I called to have them put wood flooring in our tv room. They will be here next week. They are moving north to a larger location on Blackstone near Manchester. I am so excited they will be here to do the work.

Walked into the store. Greeted immediately. Trisha Jones attended to me. I picked out my carpet and scheduled an appointment for her to come out and measure my home. I called her the day before just to confirm my appointment. My call went straight to voicemail. I left her a VM confirming my appointment never got a call back. However, I figured she was busy with other customers. The day of my appointment arrived no show no call . I called the store and the person who answered was very rude and unprofessional. He proceeded to tell me that the reason she did not make it to the appointment was because she was busy assisting another customer and said if I had a problem to call back and speak to the owner. When I asked him his name he jokingly said Ive been her for 20 something years so at that point I was super upset and started raising my voice and did not hear his name or know if he gave it at all. I was referred to this place by my boss. Never again will I go back. I will never refer this place to anyone and I may even try to talk my boss out of referring this place. Such an awful experience.

My estimator went out right away and measure and gave me an estimate. The installers were good and professional. They did a great job. I would have given them 5 stars, but the only thing I suggest as I did a few years back is the should follow up after installation to make sure the customer is satisfied.
