Updated review 3/24/2018Final update: In response to my updated review the owner decided to accuse me of trying to scam them. Ill include a screenshot of their message. Again, please consider how theyve handled my situation before taking your business to them.Ive re-written my review in order to be more objective and to express the facts so the reader and potential customers can decide for themselves whether to do business with Oh My Gadget.TLDR Summary: I took in a working iPhone 6 Plus for a battery replacement and walked out with a broken iPhone that Apple and another repair shop have confirmed is unrepairable. Both agencies told me the only solution was to buy a new iPhone.On March 17th, 2018 I took in my iPhone 6 Plus to Oh My Gadget. The phone never had any issues. The purpose for the battery replacement was due to the the battery not holding a long charge like it used to and it also qualified for the Apple battery replacement program. Because I didnt want to wait the 2-3 month waiting period for Apple to replace the battery, I decided to take it into Oh My Gadget.I dropped off the phone and returned later that day and was told by the owner that the phone would not turn on after they replaced the battery with a new one. He asked me what was wrong with the phone, and I said nothing was wrong. He then asked why I wanted a battery replacement and I said because the battery was old and Apple was going to replace it but I did not want to wait. They decided to keep the phone for several hours to test and try and fix the problem.I returned around 3pm that same day and they told me the phone still would not turn on with neither the original old battery or the new one they put in. They then told me at that point that the phone wouldnt power on before they even began to replace the battery. That was completely not true. The phone worked fine previous to taking it to them. I was backing up photos to my Flickr account less than an hour prior to taking it to them and the phone never gave me any issues previously. They refused to take any responsibility, they put my old battery in and told me to take it to Apple.I took it to Apple. They said that because the battery was not serviced by them that they could only run 1 diagnostic test. That test concluded that the phone would not power on.I then took it to another repair shop who opened up the phone and found damage to the phone. They stated the phone could not be repaired. They stated a component had been lifted and damaged and included a video and photo evidence of the damage.To conclude: Oh My Gadget has a lot of good reviews so when things go well, they work. But when they make a mistake, look at my experience with them to see how they handle those situations. Use them at your own risk.The worst part of this entire situation was not just that they broke my phone, nor was it that they wouldnt take any responsibility but it was the fact that they accused me of taking in a broken phone in the first place and tried to get them to fix the problem through a battery replacement. Again, not true and a pretty harsh accusation. Thank you for reading.

Best place to fix phones. Got my charging port replaced for $50. What’s very nice of them they even gave me a time frame and by that time it was done, really loved the two people in there. Will come again for anything, and one last thing you can pick up your stuff from wish!

Was in town visiting family and ran across this place. They have great reviews on both here and yelp so I figured I would give them a try. Im glad I did, I save both time and money by coming here. Great place to go to for any questions/problems with your electronics. I remember visiting this place twice during my stay in my sophomore college years and they have been really good to me. The service was fast and prices were great. They are on of the only places I been to that sold a large amount of accessories that are hard to find as well. If Im ever in the area and in need is something, you will see me here agian! Thank you to all the staff there.

They fixed my laptop (took more than 2 months). Then when i asked for my old hard drive back (it still works and has my data in it), they cant find it. I waited for another 2 month. They still cant find it. And turn around and tell me i am not their boss, they dont work on my schedule. I ask nicely for my hard drive back. But he would said he has work to do and nothing they can do about it. And said he is not responsible for it. They were not apologetic, even tried to intimidate me on the phone. Not the nicest people. Update: Its been more than 4 months; they still wont call me about an update on my hard drive. I would not use them again.

This is the perfect place to go to for repairs. They fixed my samsung galaxy s5 for a fair price and did an outstanding job. It took approximately 2 hours to repair it and It looked fresh out of the box!! I am definitely going to be a returning customer.

Went in for a simple screen repair, 1week later and $40+dollars more than the original quote, finally got my phone back. There are shadows on my phone now that werent there before. Will not go back or recommend this store to anyone.

I had called around for prices and was quoted as low as $60 from somewhere else to fix my cracked screen on my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge but was told it would take a month to repair and they would have to keep my phone (Ya like anyone would do that) Then I was quoted somewhere else as high as $500. I finally found Oh My Gadgets and was not only quoted a fair price but theyve been very patient, kind and helpful to me. They answered any and all questions I had, repaired my phone in the time frame they said they would and they never ripped me off or added more to the price they quoated me and on top of that my screen is now brand new!(No more cracks) If youre looking around look no further this is the place to go! Came in for a quick repair and when i say quick im talking about 15 minutes and they were finished. I thought the price was to good to be true of $80 for my iphone 6 plus but it was, and to make things even better they included a tempered glass for $10 more bucks. I highly recommend coming here for your iPhone needs.

This place did a excellent job on my ipad air and the workers here are first class gentlemens. Originally it was 82 in change but charged me 80 for the work. I know its only 2 dollars but it speaks volume of the type of customer service because they take consideration for the customer which I cant help but respect very much. I came to get my screen fixed and the people here are nice and really fast. My screen works perfect and they did a really good job.

I shattered my iPhone 6+ screen and thought my phone was history. I was in the area and thought Id stop in to see if they can fix it. My screen was repaired and my phone was back in my ha.ds in less than 2 hours! They matched the same price as the apple store to repair my screen with less waiting time and I didnt have to make an appointment. Very professional employees and exceptional service!

My iPhone 7+ was completely shattered and after taking it here and paying $80 it looks brand new!! Most reviews say they’re fast but it took about 2 hours, which is why I’m rating 4 stars. However for the wait, they threw in a free glass screen!

Had one there guys sell me an iPhone 7 that was SUPPOSEDLY to work with Verizon. Took it into Verizon and they said it wasnt for Verizon. Took it back and they said I have to deal with the seller, which is rarely ever at the store. Went in about 5 different times and he is never there. This dude is a wack. Sells cheap replacements and doesnt stand behind his product. I replaced screen at his place and few days later screen has lines and button dont work. His excuse is its a Groupon dont expect good product. While I was there there was couple more customers who were unhappy with him. I dont know if he helped them or no. But he literally yelled at me. Very very very rude. Wouldnt ever do business here.Cheap work. Doesnt stand by his service. Yells and curses at customers. Broke my wifes phone, within two weeks screen started showing lines and button stopped working. Took it to apple they wont touch it anymore. BE AWARE!! took it to well know shop and they opened in front of me and showed me broken button cable and said that the screen he uses cost $3 from China. Seriously? U want to put that POS in my $1000 dollar phone? Anyways... owner is a low life, he told me hey u got it on Groupon what did U expect --- well deff not a broken phone!! While I tried to talk to him he used curse words on multiple occasions towards me and other young girl customer, blamed us for breaking the phone, LITERALLY! And told me he will kick me out from store and call police for trespassing. So make your best judgement before giving him your phone!! He might as well run away with it.

There was no MacBook and 1466. I gave it to diagnostics, they promised to find out by the evening! It was Saturday. As a result, I called on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon and evening and the answer was the same. still watching!I got a call on Monday and said that the matrix needs to be replaced. plug the matrix and clean it from dust! The amount is about 28,000. I refused and took it to another service. They repaired me all 40 minutes and 3000 rubles! The matrix was alive !!! More divorce /
