I come here all the time for anything I need. Bongs, pens, vape, cigarettes- its a pretty neat little shop and everything is reasonably priced. Just beware: online it says they close at 10, but sometimes they close early, so be prepared to make an earlier visit if you can.

I had an interesting experience at Empire Smoke & Vape today...April 9, 2017. I arrived shortly before the store opened and I waited patiently...The previous day one of the owner-brothers had quoted me a price for an item that would be in by morning.The other brother-owner arrived, and I waited for him to open up. The other-brother subsequently quoted me a price that was double the quote from the previous day. When I calmly explained this...this happened...and happened quickly...He went a little berserk, yelling F bombs and threatening physical violence. I was a little stunned.I did offer a complimentary F bomb as I was leaving, but he was way ahead of me on the bombs by then.Maybe that was stupid.As I began to exit the store his F-bombs followed...I reasoned that my return bomb elevated his stupidity level to that of my own...He came out from behind the counter and approached me quickly and menacingly.He had already pumped himself up to his very best manly pose...I had already seen that...I warned him of certain Police involvement and he backed off...As I exited the store he followed me while continuing to hurl F bombs.I made it outside, and had not yet fully turned, when I noticed how close he was, still approaching, so I turned to brace for attack.He was pretty unhinged...he ordered me off His public sidewalk.I couldnt turn my back on this kind of instability. I told him I would leave after he returned to his store.I think I had to repeat myself before he stopped harassing me and returned to his property.I am probably 40 years older than this guy.What kind of upbringing did he receive?Allow me to amend my statement...there should not be a maybe about my commitment to my own stupidity.But I tired of punk-bullies long, long ago...so I am always prepared for them.So...he was lucky.

This is one of the greatest smoke shops in Fresno. Great Location! The business is locally owned and the staff are experts in the products and services that they sell. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Definitely found my shop. Long story short, I recently decided to quit smoking after about 16 years. Visited a smoke shop to help me get started on a vape. 2 days later, my coil burns out- amongst other shady issues that made me realize I had been scammed. Went into Empire Smoke and the worker gave me knowledge, switched my coil for me, cleaned out my vape, helped me figure out my watt preference, etc. He didnt rush me, THOROUGHLY helped me out, and so I walked out not only satisfied, but a for sure returning customer today. Customer service clearly hasnt been lost at Empire Smoke. Thank you!!

The oldest son / GM, had been really good to me. Replaced factory defected units made by Kamry and Kanger. Hes always reasonable, unlike his younger brother. The shop is very adequate as well

Been coming to this shop for the past 2 years its a home to me whenever I walk in. I always go Im for my vape supply store and there house blends are the go to with reasonable prices.

Just went in and bought a downstem. Dude gave me a ring that was too small and the thin downstem broke within 10 minutes of getting home. Dont waste your time or money, this aint a smoke shop.

Clerk was 30 minutes late opening the store and played cellphone games while talking to me. I dont know where this place gets of calling itself a vape store. They literally only had just one vape tank in stock. The selection is horrible for their products all around and the whole place feels like a disorganized moving sale. Their prices are NOT competitive. Their glass pipe selection is equally disappointing in selection and price. Take my advice and go somewhere else.
