The staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately not size inclusive for bottoms in store but you are able to order bigger sizes at the register. Lots of cute things but kinda expensive

Cool stuff here for every age.

Ive been going here for years but the experience I have had this month really changed how I view the store. I decided to buy a skirt from here for the first time in 5 years and I asked the employee who was helping me get it down if it was juniors or plus size and she told me it was plus sized and it looked like the right size holding it up but when I got home I realized it was not the correct size and I even had my sister who is quite a bit smaller than me try it on and it didnt even fit her. Today I went to exchange it and they told me I couldnt and just refused to take it back and wouldnt even allow me to trade it for my correct size. Overall I am very disappointed and now have a skirt that fits like a size 2.

They had a great sale going on. Things were a bit crowded. Lots of workers there but it took a while to be checked out by them.

Even though a lot has changed since the inception of Hot topic, I still love going there and always manage to find something I need or want. The last 2 visits I had were nice. Even though its a rough time right now, it was nice to be able to go into the store and look around. I picked up several things I wanted. I do wish the store was back to the old way.

They barely have any jewelry anymore which was the reason I went.

So I know that things are crazy with the pandemic and all but there was 2 lines going into jcp and the other mall entrance. The guy letting people in the store had no idea what he was doing. 2 people would come out and hed let 1 person in and then 3 people would come put and again only 1 person would go in so i feel like it took way longer than it should have just to shop. If youre going to pick up an order make sure you let the 12 year old who is in charge of the line actually know that because you dont have to wait in line just to pick something up (but he wouldnt tell you until after you got to the front).

If your looking for anything stylish or just that little edge or spunk to add to your life you best believe this small store has a big variety of the trendiest coolest things. Collectible|you and the kids doingi>ok) especially gifts for friends.

Love going here. One of my favorite stores of the entire mall. They mostly have everything to bring out my aesthetic look. Love the employees so much. Pretty sure most of them recognize me and my family cause we go there like every two weeks lol. I will never get tired of coming back here

Hot Topic has really gone insane with all of the Satanic T shirts and merchandise theyre selling now sadly I will be closing my Hot Topic card as to not promote this kind of weird agenda with that being said the ladies who work here that I have seen are very kind very courteous great customer service and I can imagine with all of the crazy stuff happening right now they have not got new shipments of anything in in a long time and that is not their fault this review is just solely on this specific company.

One of the better stores I have been too. Plenty of merchandise and I tend to find what I am looking for. If not, the employees are happy to check in the back or offer to order online. Sometimes, I feel like a bit too much merchandise on the sales floor and no space to move around if there are a few people in the store, especially during holiday or weekends. Hate (no space and sometimes waiting for other customers to look at certain items) and love it (a lot to choose from). The employees are very helpful, greeting, asking if you need any help. I sometimes call to see if they have what I want and they actually answer their phone unlike other places. Their employees are much better than years ago when I use to go to this store. Overall, customer service is great as I rarely ever have to wait more than 5 minutes in line when there are at least five or more people in front (there seems to always be at least two cashiers with another working the floor stocking, etc.).One thing I would like them to fix and other Hot Topic in general, is know what coupons, promotions, or rewards can be used for certain items. Sometimes, their rewards or coupons (not hot cash) cannot be used even though it does not state it cannot be used for a certain item. I get different statements from different employees (in store, online, and on the phone) about what I can use.

I usually always find something I love here for myself, or for someone else. Staff is always helpful, and always lets me know about discounts going on. Ive been shopping here for many years, and am glad it hasnt changed much. 💜

BAD ASS AND AMAZING..... its a HOT TOPIC.... employees are nice and welcoming..walking in they tell you about the sales, deals and promos going on which was nice.. not every HT does that... they helped me find what I was looking for and as usual I walked out with a bag of awesome ♡♡♡♡

Wait time is way too long been in line for almost an hour, apparently you can set appointments to reserve time to come shop and skip the line...

Hot Topic used to be cool, but now in this location it is too cramped, and the staff are super rude and refuse to help if it doesnt involve pushing a sale. Went in a month ago and one of their bins had a cool select items in it, with a big sign starting Buy 2, Get 1 free, but getting to the register the head cashier fought tooth and nail saying that one of the items did not qualify for that deal, and it wasnt until arguing with her for a fair amount of time, and having to actually physically show her that the majority of any single item in the bin for that sale were the same item she insisted was not part of the deal.This coupled with the fact that they regularly will close a register down with long lines already present so that all three employees can talk behind the register, has really made me want to avoid going there.

It was one of my favorite store till this one guy started working there. He makes me and my female friends really uncomfortable so now we never go in without guys since he would follow us around try to talk, call us cute and other stuff. He only ever stayed away when other guys were close. If hes trying to be friendly hes definitely on the creepy side. Sorry not sorry emo bandana guy. Its been months since I got to enjoy my time in the store to were if I saw him working I wouldnt go in

I love hot topic! Its one of my favorite stores because it has all the stuff i like! The only downside Ive had is the prices of some things and the hair dye section. I went in to get some manic panic green envy and all they had was arctic fox dye, some weird off brand dye, and a couple of blues and pink manic panic. Other than that i absolutely live this store! They should put one in sierra vista mall too!

The lady that helped me was great but they need larger sizes Im a 4x person and they largest they have is 3x and have to order it I hope it fits ....

Been going here sense I was 13 and Im 30 now. Dawn is amazing now shes at boxlunch and shes still amazing. Denise is another amazing manger as well. All the employees are super sweet and have there own personality. The store is always clean and they definitely try and keep up with everything. Hot Topic Fresno is the best!

I loved this place when I was younger. Now My daughter loves this store. Its too small. Always crowded with long lines and tight spaces. Glad to know business is good though

One of the Hot Topic representative in the Fresno Fashion Fair Mall was very helpful. Her name was Nicole, she helped me with the highest customer satisfaction possible. And encouraged me since the special item wasnt available at the location to most definitely look into taking the time to travel to go get it at the other location if I had the time. Very rare item and the warehouse could get it either. Thank you Nicole for your service.

I dont understand the concept of waiting with 15 other people in line for 20 minutes just for associates to let people cut the line and walk right in. Oh, and then their associates get rude with you for pointing it out and being upset when they refuse to do anything about it.

I love the music and the merch. Employees look great and unique. It is small but it is welcoming.

Normally I get grate service when ever I go to the store, but the first time I place an online order it has been more than an month and I have yet to received what I ordered. I ordered one back pack from the store to be deviled to my house and have gotten nothing but incompetent responses from there online support. If its not one thing its another, or they got the address wrong, or they cant find my package, or they dont have me in the system. This is the first and last time I am ordering from Hot Topic.

Good costumer service. I just wished that it was kid friendly too. I went in the this store only because it had fortnite. When my two oldest and I walked into the store to get some fortnite things (stood in front by the door) there was still inappropriate items by the door. That is why I put 2 Stars. It should be 18 and over only and there should be a sign in the entrance.

Horrible customer service when it comes to picking up a ship to store product. I literally waited in line for 30 minutes while one of the store associates searched for my three items while tossing around other peoples shipments. The store had no system of keeping orders organized and couldnt even locate two of my items when it said it was already in the store. The manager even suggested that it shipped elsewhere. How can it, when I received the confirmation to pick it up from YOUR store location? Whats the point of having in store pick up then? I also called customer service, and will have to wait to see if I even get a refund. Overall, never shopping at Hot Topic ever again, and I hope I receive a refund for my two items that are now lost somewhere.

Cashiers were very nice and polite. But the store is very cramped with narrow aisles. Its hard not knocking stuff off the shelves.

Terrible customer service. I had waited for over 30mins for my online ship to store order for them to actually find it. Then when I actually get home to wrap it and there is a stain on it. I go back and they said that I did it and it cannot be exchanged or refunded. Really I left it in the bag its at one spot and never been worn. Its not even for me its a gift that Im now stuck with. I will NEVER be returning to this store again.

Hot Topic is an amzing place for anyone to enjoy. Everything has their own special place in the store which makes it unique. From clothes to funko pops tons of items are available. So if any of you guys have a chance to visit then I woud recommend it.

Very expensive store and three of the employees were horrible. I wanted to buy juniors shirts girl shirts cause they fit me better than mens and two of the employees were like these are girls shirts. They were surprised that i wanted to buy them. I was so what is thatva problem? Women buy mens shirt ALL the time. The last employee was very unkind hope all 3 get fired 👎👎👎😑😠.
