Great service and nice staff

Ordered my shoes from Tulare California journeys outlet store, they didn’t have my shoes in stock but the clerk let me know I can order them online. Thought I was gonna wait two weeks like everybody else throughout this pandemic for my order, but I received it within three days! Super happy!

Beat store I have ever been to! They brought me shoes I didn’t even know I wanted, but they were dope as hell. I’ve gone there for multiple occasions and always leave with pure bliss. The staff is super friendly, definitely a group of people I want to hangout with.

The staff from 2 years ago was helpful and the comanagers yvette and crystal were kind but the general manager is terrible!! He is a shorter man with glasses and tries to pressure you into buying things, he seems to treat his employees with disrespect and makes obscene/sexual comments. Someone report it!!There’s a whole new staff that is okay... good variety of shoes is the only reason they deserve a star at all.

Such a friendly and upbeat environment. Good variety of shoes, and even if the pair you want isn’t available at the time, the staff will try their best to find a way to order them online or find them at a nearby store.

Went in to the store and tried on converse, found a pair that fit perfectly but the logo tag on the tongue had been ripped off. I let the worker know I wanted to purchase them but a different pair that was not ripped... I walked up to the front and the worker went to the back and came out with a box and set it on the counter and bagged it. Another worker rang me up and I didnt check the new pair. (My mistake 🙄) when I got home, to my surprise, it was the SAME pair of broken shoes.... The very next day I had to drive 45 minutes back to Fresno to return them, a worker said they were the only ones left and I could order them or buy a size too small. 😡The fact that I bought a broken pair of shoes is not what makes me mad... Things like that happen... The issue is I pointed out the flaw, she said she would get a new pair... And brought out a new box and never told me they were the last pair or anything. That is shady!!This isnt the first quality problem we have had purchasing shoes from there either... I went down to Takkens and bought a pair in perfect condition for way less than I paid at Journeys.If you purchase shoes here, make sure you examine before you leave!!
