Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Sad. My mother in law bought dress last week Wednesday. And Lupita the owner, was to have the alterations done on Monday. We go to the store and it was completely closed. We arrived at 10 a.m. and then stayed until 2 p.m. Asking each store nearby if theyd have the contact numbers. Because all the numbers online are DISCONNECTED. We finally got to the taco truck in the pavilion. And they knew her husband. We gave him the number for my mother in law. He called Lupita. She said she forgot. It was her sons birthday and to come back on Tuesday. Were here right now. And we ask what happened. She yella, her sons birthday is more important than her dress as if its our responsibility to celebrate her sons birthday. Her exact words to me in English, She doesnt care.It was her sons birthday I still cant believe how unprofessional she was. I think she makes latin business owners look shaddy. Shes shaddy. Never an apology. Just rude and the tailor on the dress was wrong. We are taking it somewhere else to get fixed.

Worst service ever. They trick you into leaving deposit and dont return it if the dress isn’t available.
