I came here with my friends, loved the food, the atmosphere, the music they were playing, I read some bad reviews about the place but we had great customer service, the food and drinks were a good price. The burger was very big, I couldnt even finished it. I would definitely come again!

Ive been coming to this place for almost 3 years and the food is amazing, the service is great, the environment is chill and very peaceful, everyone is chill. I love this place.

Drinks are good. But when I ordered their pasta, the portion size was too small for the price and it tasted bland. The customer service was bad, as well. I went up to one of the guy worker to asked for a box to go for my pasta and he just gave me a look. He didn’t even answer me or helped me. Until a lady worker came and helped me. I thought he was pretty rude.. Would’ve rate them more stars if the customer services was good. But I really do love the drinks! 😃

Best boba teas Ive ever had and the food is amazing.

Its a hit or miss. For me, its usually not a satisfying experience. Their teas are okay but sometimes they mess up my drink order. Last time, I remember ordering a jasmine tea and they gave me a hot milk tea. I avoid their toppings because they dont have a lot of flavor. The food isnt that great either. After a couple minutes of eating, the food is basically cold and like jelly. The atmosphere is good for teens and young adults but its not worth being at if their menu items arent good.

I like coming here to get tea. Its a little out of the way for me, but when I do come here, its always a good experience. I love it when they decorate.

This place had a chill environment, tons of parking, and a good amount of seating. You can dine in or to go. The drinks and food are pretty good, and large portions, but they are a bit pricy. They have 50% off drinks when you purchase food, and 10% off when you check in on fb. The service was pretty slow, but they have games to play while you hang out.

1920 Tea Club is a great place to socialize and hang out with friends and family. The place has a hip and relaxed millennial vibe. There are tables and couches to sit and enjoy your food and drinks. Ive seen people bring their laptops to do work or books to read while enjoying a refreshing boba drink. Its a moderately loud place so its not my ideal place to do work, but definitely a fun place to chill and socialize. There are board games to play and Ive even brought my Nintendo Switch to play with my friends. Definitely a fun place to hang out.

Mom loves this place especially pre-Covid because we used to get our drinks (with boba of course) in ginormous glass mugs. It was a vibe for sure !

Absolutely loved this place! Last night was my first time being there and it was truly awesome!! The environment was great! The service was very fast! Everyone was very polite and attentive! I truly had an awesome experience!! Also i found the place to be very clean, including the restrooms! I can’t say enough good things! I would come back! The Potted Plant dessert is fantastic. Its green tea ice cream with cookie crumbs on top. Looks just like a potted plant. Thier honeydew is delicious and the Ambiance is so fun Young And Hip! They have tons of games to play a great spot to meet up with a friend or two to catch up chat and listen to some Korean pop music.Be sure to always check in on social media so you can save 10% on each visit.

Its a nice hangout spot with board games and music. I got the passion fruit slush with boba. It was really yummy. The size of the drinks is great and theyre served in nice to-go cups if its a cold beverage. My friends got teas which they really enjoyed as well.

Worst customer service ever. The people behind the counter are extremely rude and don’t know for to treat their customers well.

Showed up 10 minutes before they closed, they told me they had closed early and couldn’t make me my tea. The two girls in front refused even though I said they didn’t close until 9, I had a simple order and I had driven two hours away to get the tea. Then the two men in the back saw me, asked what I wanted and said they would make it for me. Definitely the best tea around! So thankful those men were nice enough to make me my drink!

Had a great experience! My sister took me here when I visited home in 2015 and Omg it was so good! I didnt get to try other stuff beside this but Im sure its good as well. Ordered the honey-dew milk tea special over ice and was not pleased .. the honey-dew was not sweet at all . An when I went back to ask if they could make it sweeter, I got it back in 3 seconds an it was not sweeter . It tasted the same as before .. very disappointed.. sorry to say but I had way better tea an boba at a moms an pops spot .. if u looking for something not watered down an sweet, look else where.

When its good its great but you never know because theyre so inconsistent. One day it will be the best thing youve ever Drink another day the Boba might be like rocks or they put too much milk to Thai tea ratio. Its 1 to 3 for me. Which kind of sucks because I feel like 1/3 of the time Im wasting my money. Its like Im playing the secret prize inside game just dont know if its going to be good or terrible!

I ordered different bobas here. Only one was okay. The rest were bad. The cups are skinny for the price. Customer Service was bad. I ordered online and things were missing. The place looks nice though, a good location for the students.

It was nice place to eat and hang out with my nieces. Appetizers are usually greatly priced and comes in a good portion when sharing with others. Wouldnt be a place you want to come if you want to chat quietly. Music is on a little loud so it will be hard conversating. Tea is good portion when you dine in because you get it in a huge glass cup. The gals here are attentive and nice as well.

Vibrant place for all kind of age group. It’s kind of hard for new people to get to know what they’re being offered by the name of it. It would be better if there was a source to where we could see pictures of the items listed in the menu. Mostly people just take pictures to post but fail to simply add a name to it. I mean how hard it could be to type a word while posting a picture?

Tea size was pretty big, tea was good but tastes normal. The food was good but pretty pricey for ok food. The dessert was good but very expensive. We got the marshmallow toast, was literally just big slices of toast, fruit and a scoop of ice cream on the side, and halved marshmallows on top that were cooked. The marshmallows were the best part, but only on the top piece, seems like they skimp and don’t put any on the bottom. Total for one Thai tea, one plate of orange chicken/rice, and one dessert, 31$. Pretty pricey. Customer service was pretty poor.Would I come back? Sure, but to try different stuff, I definitely wouldn’t order the same food again. I saw other food items with huge portions and huge teas

1920 is a nice trendy place with good boba, friendly staff, and a lively atmosphere. They have board games for customers to use and play good music. Their food options are good too, but not many vegetarian or vegan options, and are not very willing to modify menu items.

This place can get really crowded but it has a nice atmosphere. They have drinks, snacks and meals for you to enjoy. I like how thwy even have board games or card games for your entertainment while there. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. If you have kids, i recommend going during the day as night time comes, the younger folks come out and theres a few cussing you can hear from the next table or tables down, even though the music is on full blast. Fun nice place to visit.

Went here a couple years ago when it first opened.. Its changed a lot. First chair I tried to sit in was broken. $6 Lavendar milk tea was... Barely flavored. Music was way too loud for conversation. When I asked if it would be possible to turn it down a little, I was told we dont do that here. Bummed that I suggested this to a friend. Wont be doing that again.

Ive been here multiple times in the past and gotten my drinks to go. I noticed that the drink you order to stay was massive in comparison and Ive always wanted to stay and hangout on the couch and play games. My boyfriend and I got the Taro smoothie with boba and it didnt disappoint!

Best green tea in town!

For a place that advertises dessert as one of their main options, 1920 Tea Clubs dessert menu seems quite sparse. There were about eight or nine items on the dessert list with two options crossed out with a black marker.Their other desserts may be good, but when I got the cheese cake, it was still frozen. Additionally, customer service was pretty bad.

The food is overpriced. Great drinks. Mediocre service because of how long it takes for servers to take your order. And the kitchen closes hours before the real closing time.

Nice enough place, but not totally for me.I came in midweek with a few friends since wed wanted to try this place for awhile. It was pretty busy but not too loud, some groups hanging out and some people studying. It seems like a popular study spot. The server greeted me right away and offered to move some things around if we needed more seats since I wasnt sure if wed have 4 or 6 people coming.The seating varies a bit, I was in a wicker chair which kinda makes you sink into it so I wasnt entirely comfortable for sitting to eat and talk.Our server was really friendly and knowledgeable and happily answered our many, many questions about the different teas on the menu. They have a lot of options overall but it gets limited when you want something without milk, or without caffeine. I got some kind of non-caffeinated herbal tea, which pretty much tasted like a cordial or flavored water. It didnt really feel worth the price. I asked for it semi-sweet and it was just the right level of sweetness, though. They give you a generous portion though, probably 20oz or more.It was around dinnertime so I also ordered the garlic chicken fried rice. It was more of a sharing portion and I think it wouldve been better as a side. The rice was a bit clumpy in places and it was garlicky and savory but a bit too salty. I wish Id ordered the orange chicken, which my friend got and which looked pretty good. There are a handful of entrees but I think the sweet desserts are their forte.By the end of our visit theyd turned the music way up which got distracting, some kind of blaring J- or K-pop or something. They also had Nickelodeon playing on a huge screen. Neither thing really fit the vibe of the clientele that was present, to be honest.Id probably come back for a milk tea and dessert sometime but it kinda missed the mark for me on this visit.

Great atmosphere! They check on you constantly and offer extra treats or drinks once youre done with what you originally ordered. Fast service too, theyre super friendly and helpful, the place is kept clean, the ambience includes a large TV no volume but loud, great music. A must visit, Theres even game boards to borrow and play inside the location.

Amazing place to chill with family and friends. They provide you with many board/card game with a great environment and atmosphere, theyre food and drinks are delicious. A recommend spot for groups of people but make sure to call and reserved a spot, it gets very packed here.

A chill atmosphere with a wide variety of drinks on the menu and some tasty appetizers. Great place for a meet up or casual hang out. Only downside is that most of the board games provided dont have all their pieces :/

Customer service is great. Just sucked because I went in and ordered right away. There was a group already there but to the side reading the menu, they havent ordered yet so I ordered first. I only ordered one item. But it took over 20 minutes to make and the group recieved their order first.

I have ordered three drinks from here. I think it was one with a Japanese city name, Thai and maybe lavender. The only one that was good was the Okinawa, the rest were too bitter, too watery and too floral. The drinks were put in tall skinny plastic cups, it looked nice but you get less than the usual boba place would give you. The boba was hard in the middle, tasted stale and like cardboard. The place looked nice. The staff were very mean. There was one lady who looked new she was nice and the one interacting with customers, the others made the experience really negative with their attitudes, and they looked very angry all the time. I didnt try the food, I havent been back since and would never come here for boba. The desserts look great but I can only guess that they are like the tea.

To be fair, we got there after the kitchen had closed (at 3pm??) so I didnt get to try any of their snacks. But yeah, their boba was just ok. Too pricy in my opinion.

Excellent tapioca! They have a big variety of tea and coffee based drinks. Also they have some of the coolest looking desserts! Not too expensive.

This Tea Club has a very nice staff and most of their drinks are fantastic! I have had the pleasure to try all of their milkshakes and slushes and I have never regretted my order. They have Boba and Jelly to add to any of your drinks!

Disappointed that potted plant cheesecake didnt make the new menu. Asked for it anyway and waitress had no idea what I was talking about. Still a great place, still good dessert, coffee and tea. Just hate when places fix something thats not broken.

Pretty loud and bustly place. Not a super extensive menu, but with some decent variety of items. I had a tea, which was jacke up with a ton of sugar (the menu and the wait staff did not point this out). They served the tea in a huge beer glass, so good value for the volume! Service was disappointing. They took a long time to come by for the order and then to actually bring out our drinks.

They have a wide variety of milk teas, coffee and desserts. Their bubble teas are great and they also provide more bobba in their teas than other tea places in town. Venue is great although their customer service skills arent that great. Theyd get five stars if they improved their customer service.

Apart from the expresso which was pretty good, my experience here was disappointing. I didnt care much for the bobas the day I went and the staff member serving me was borderline rude.

Some guys in the staff dont even care. I told them it was for here but they gave it to me in in the plastic cup which is like half the size of the actual serving. Then I told them that its for here then they just added alot of whip cream. Almost half of it was whip cream. I ordered mango banana milkshake btw.But some of them are also good at customer service so thats why I gave it 2 stars

An Instagram worthy place to chill with friends. Although it may be busy and pack at times. Their boba is perfect and consistent. Trust me. Im Asian. :)Main dishes still needs to work on although the appetizers are the bomb!

They are usually late opening up their store and I mean sometimes 30 minutes to almost an hour. The employees get there whenever the hell they want even surrounding businesses complain about it plus when they do finally open their store the Boba isn’t even cooked and ready yet it takes another 20 minutes before they are ready to serve Boba drinks. They are lazy workers that are rude. I would say the only good thing about this store is their Boba taste good but their prices are incredibly high I mean over $7 for a Boba milk tea and their customer service sucks
