I want to know why 2 employees have tested positive in this week and the store has not been shut down or sanitized to protect the public. The Management crew need a revamp. This is cdc protocol

Sadly, this is the armpit of the Tower. Staff do not wear masks. When I asked, they said Corporate did not tell them anything. You wait in line on the social distance indicators, but clerk help there acquaintances. Not all customers were mask. Many hygiene deficient individuals loyter in the front and side of the store, at all hours. Drug deals happen, people smoke their cigarettes while fueling... store and lot parking lot are dirty. I love my community, but this place is embarrassing, and corporate could careless.

Need better management. Every single time I come here the line is always long with only 1 cashier. I try to avoid this circle k in general and only come when I am literally on e. But if I could make it to the shell down the street even if gas was $0.50 more per gallon. That’s okay with me

This store is great and very convenient for me due to the fact that Im just right around the corner. However, it is a busy store during the mid afternoon and the line is nearly towards front door. There are 4 registers for a reason. If not have to wait in line for so long with several of my visits this store is a 5 star imho.

Thank you so much, Melissa, for helping us contact a tow truck on Sunday. Our phones, keys and insurance info were all locked in our rental car. The temperature was 104 outside. Melissa went above and beyond in helping us.

I try to avoid this store because of the homeless people who camp outside (not the stores fault though) but I had already passed the 711 so I made an exception today. Only 1 register was open and I was in a rush to get to work but it was empty so I went for it. The customer in front of me paid for her gas and she knew the employee at the register. :/ After paying, they started talking about their jobs and some personal stuff as I stood there wondering if I should drop my stuff and leave. Then another employee walked in and she started telling her about her day! Five min later, which felt like forever, another employee (possibly the manager) came out of the back to open the second register to help me check out. The only person in front of me was the employees friend who had already paid! That was so frustrating. Ill continue to avoid this store based on this experience. Oh and she was full blown throwing the F word around like they werent at work. I curse more than most but I know not to do it at work. This was today @ 340 PM. Ty to the grown up who opened that second register. If you are in a rush avoid it like the plague.

I could not bare to see Circle K had 3.5 stars. It truly deserves more. This place is a five star. The customer service, fountain drinks, plus the gas price.

Closed at the most unprofessional times. 2:30am on a Saturday. Bars just closed people headed home at this time. I suppose corporate headquarters dont give a #@%n either. To many homeless dope fiends loitering outside. But the best price on fountain drinks.

Still better and more spacious than ARCO down the street. Some days they are out of fountain soda because everyone buys it soo much.

Clerk was down to earth and helpful. The crackheads in the lot didnt steal my bike or hit me up with drama. 330am friday was ok.

They purposely charge you twice for things, and add things you arent buying to pocket the money. Theyve done it to me twice and tried for a third but I spoke up about it. Smh

The air machine took my money and didn’t work. The employee knew it was broken but was too lazy to put an out of order sign on it and just told me to call the 800 number for a refund.

They employ people who pretend to be military in order to get undue praise
