Krispy Kreme really is giving away a free glazed donut daily to anyone who has had a Covid-19 vaccine and shows their vaccine card. The employee who helped me was pleasant and helpful. They have a wide variety of donut flavors to choose from, but I find that their classic glazed donut is one of my favorites. Its always fresh and delicious!

Usually I do not write reviews on disgusting restaurants but this is a really different story I’ve only Heard REALLY. GOOD THINGS about Krispy Kreme they are supposed to be REALLY HOT they are so cold it took so long to get service I would never go back the milk did not taste like milk I’m a milk lover really hot did not feel safe going in

Never had Krispy Kreme and finally decided to try it out with my 3 kids. Husband... it is wayyy over rated.. 14.99 for a dozen the donuts do not taste good at all some of the donuts are small I got 3 glazed and they were all different sizes.the donuts just taste like 7-11 donuts to me gross.. next time we have a sweet tooth and are craving donuts Ill just go to a real donuts house theyll be good and cheaper

We went at 3:07pm and the lady who charged us was so amazing. The receipt says her name is Adriana but I am not too sure. Adriana was fabulous and her customer service was phenomenal! I will definitely be going back. Also, our donuts were fabulous.

Line is always too long for donuts and some of their drive thru employees get my order wrong and are slow. One was rude after messing up orders in the drive thru line. Was working on 10-23-21 around 8:30am

The young lady who manages the evening crew is super cool but the donuts were average at best.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at Krispy Kreme. Fiat, the lobby was cloaed. Second, I waited in Line in the drive-through for a long lime. 30 minutes at least. Third, they were out of all variety of donuts. All I wanted was donut holes. Last, someone on the soaker asked me how old I was in Krispy Kreme dog years. I ended up leaving.

Wow, I can’t believe how amazing the customer service is at Krispy Kreme. The amazing employee that handled my order was Tyeisha Hanies, she was so generous to me and delivered outstanding customer service. I was very happy to have her take my order and would definitely be going back to krispy creme.

Worst employees ever! The guy in photo couldn’t be bothered to help us, Came in on Sunday morning while six employees were on duty not one of them could acknowledge myself or the three other customers waiting in line. I will never buy anything here again and will be calling the corporate headquarters on Monday to let them know of my experience at this location.

Great to bring your kids for them to see how they make some delicious glaze donuts. Whenever Im in Fresno, I make sure to pick up a dozen. Sometime this place runs out of certain donuts 😤 but overall good selections.

I thought they would be hot but they werent. I felt rushed at the drive thru because the young lady kept telling me to pull forward before I was done making my order. The frap wasnt blended there was huge chunks of ice in it. Probably wont return.

Dont always have fun selections and usually out of jelly filled donuts but Krispy Kreme is top-notch donuts, any time of the day or year.

Had 2 coupons for free glazed dozen but they were out of the glazed so she still honored the coupon and gave me 2 free assorted dozen!! First time at Krispy Kreme and I love it, will definitely be coming back. The frozen latte I got was delicious too. It compliments the donut perfectly.

Pricier than mom and pop donut shops. My midnight donut snack when i am in the area. Their donuts are fresh. They have very good staff. Donut special selection changes from time to time so you have to check and make sure they still make a certain one. Their classic menu never changes though. Great donuts!

Bruh idk who you making them work so hard at krispy kreme but most of the donuts I got were not glazed correctly 🤣🤣 I feel so bad for food workers I know an extra $2 raise was cool and all but give them a lil extra on the side like Amazon gift cards or something omg...but fr was pretty fast just lackin on frosting

Have wrong times posted drove to Fresno to get them from Visalia to enjoy the green ones which only happen for 2 days and they closed at 7. So cant have any. Worst experience.

These donuts are bomb . I love my milk, the bottle is glass.

At just about 5:00 pm, unfortunately they were out of the first 3 donut items we tried to order. Then when we able to order and received it, the items were cold... not even room temperature. The Caramel Frozen Coffee was great!(Well have to give it another visit and hope for the better!)

Had a pretty long wait in the drive thru but the manager was great and gave me a free drink. The donuts were AWESOME like always.

Really not all its cracked up to be. No protein options for food and the coffee cant really compare to Dunkin or even McDonalds across the street. Not bad to try something new but not really amazing.

They are always closed. How is this place making any money? I come during alleged business hours and the doors have always been locked and the phones are not answered. Are you selling something else out of the back that requires you to close up shop out front? Dont want us to see whats going on back there? You suck.

Great place, donuts are very tasty and great coffee. I recommend the rewards program, gives you free dozen glazed donuts. The staff is nice and the place is very clean.

As krispy kreme’s go this is no different from any of the others product wise, however the staff has been far beyond any expectations every time i have gone here! always incredibly friendly and helpful and kind when they really didn’t have to be. really made the experience exceptional!

The stars are pretty much for the products. While the order was finally corrected, it took THREE trips. I only ordered a container of doughnut holes, 1 original and 1 creme filled. Ended up with 7 doughnuts (3 were incorrect and 3 more provided because she felt bad) a full dozen of original (again, she felt bad) and a container of doughnut holes. I was unaware of how difficult it is to keep doughnuts separated/organized.

Crazy busy with St Patricks Day promotion. But recieved service with a smile and order was correct.

Long line for drive thru, I walked inside was out in less than 5 minutes, it was great.

Just like five years ago. Its not a substantial breakfast. Its just too much sugar. We had to go spend eight more bones gettin egg macmuffins. All totaled, breakfast for my youngest boy and myself costs about 27dollars.

I get the staple doughnut; you can’t go wrong with a good glazed doughnut from this place.

As much as I enjoyed it, I think it is possible to have too much sugar on a donut.

Stopped by around 630pm the only reasson why I put one star was the curb appeal. As soon as we walked in we saw the donuts being made. The worker near the assmbly line was just holding a box and talking to another co-worker not paying attention to the donuts that were getting all messed up, which could have been an easy fix. I was telling my wife that if I was the manager I would have been mad for all that waisted product. Once we got around to the front to place our order, (which we drove from clovis and shaw) they told us they were out of the butterfinger filled. That was the whole reasson why we made the trip. They also said they were not making anymore for the rest of the night. According to the times displayed online, they are suppose to be open to midnight. The shelves were almost empty of everything and my wife setteled for the other butterfinger donut. We ended up just getting that one but somehow the customer behind us got pushed ahead of line before us. The picture attached to this post is whats left of our drive. My wife didnt like it said it wasnt warm and only had a few bites. I hope the manager or the the owner sees this and fix any issues so another customer dont get the same experience we just had.

Love the donuts. Those get 5 stars. However I had to sit on the drive through for 10 minutes and then call them to tell them I was there because they ignored the ding that a car was there.

Excellent Customer Service. I have a $15 gift card that is not working in their machine, it was verified the card balance is $15. The Cashier called the Supervisor and the card still not working, so they just decided to keep the 1 dozen of donut free of charge. Thank you Krispy Kreme, Blackstone Fresno Branch.

Its the only Kreme Krispy in town so they get away with bad service and all. The manager on Saturday refused to accept a Digital Dozen fundraising coupon while several different staff on weekdays have accepted it in the past. She even yelled at me and warn me never to come back. Hard to contact corporate to get it resolved to make sure my other donors dont get treated the same way for trying to help others in the pandemic.

Usually 5 stars but today blah. Ran out special heart shaped donuts and wasnt making anymore 😕.

I made a 13 dozens order & Anthony was super helpful! When I got to there another worker gave me a freshly made doughnut wholye I waited for my order to be packaged. That was super thoughtful! They also helped me set up account so I could get rewards. Id definitely come back!

Ordered online and had to wait 30 minutes to get my order. They didnt have my donuts ready 30 minutes after they were supposed to be. I had to wait for the entire line to clear almost twice before I got my 1 hour late order. I ordered them at 9 and I got them at 1015. Disappointed.

Your web site says you open at 5:30.....get there5:35(from way over on the other side of town)go to drive thru.....oh! we open at 6.......so here I am sitting in there parking lot for 30 minutes because NO ONE UPDATES THEIR WEB PAGES.

One time I came here and got cold doughnuts, another time I got wrong doughnuts. There is nothing wrong with Krispy Kreme as a brand, but this specific chain has pretty bad service overall. Since this is the only Krispy Kreme in Fresno, (As of January 7th 2021) I would still recommend coming here for some doughnuts.

This place was great! The service was perfect. The servers were so kind, prompt and helpful. So many variety of donuts and coffee to choose from. They also support our troops and donate to different functions. Ill definitely go back.

The WORST Krispy Kreme I have ever been to! Their donuts do NOT live up to the company standard. When I buy any of the filled donuts I expect filling in them. I bought three different varieties of filled donuts and all of them had little to no filling. The selection at this location is also very limited and subpar. I was so excited when I found out that there was a Krispy Kreme only 43 miles from my home only to regret the drive time and money spent. I will not go back to this location and instead continue to buy extra when I travel to the Claremont area. The employees were not friendly, actually pretty rude which also surprised me.

Disappointed been here a few time when in Fresno. This time it was about 5:30pm and when you walked you got hit with burnt oil. They had a small selection left and the ones we got had an awkward taste. This is not usually the case and could of been a one off visit.

Not impressive Ive tried a second time not really my kind of donuts i rather stick to old school BUT went a second time i really wanted to try the strawberry donut. If you know a donut is a hot item then you should make more then usual. So i gave it a chance and tried cake batter donut. I was actually impressed now that one i liked.

We went for coffee after visiting the liberty bell and it hit the spot perfectly. I had a decaf latte with oat milk and it was great. The staff was friendly and there was good service and they had free water.

Not good as it was when it first opened, and not many options they need to wake up and upgrade their quality.

Theyre good and convenient and friendly and have some fancy donuts as well for a large chain store. Locally, I prefer Daves for their quality and friendliness and proximity to our house. But Krispy Kreme is nice, too.

For mass produced donuts they arent that bad. The hot and fresh ones are your best option. Id definitely choose any local shop over them given the opportunity.

Good donuts, few staff are very nice and quick, coffee is amazing. The bad side; line moves slow and they dont always have everything no matter what time of the day you go.

We went to buy some doughnuts and they didnt have many options 30% of the doughnuts we usually buy, like the ones ones. They didnt have hot lattes in mid November and the doughnuts looked like the ones the throw away.. dented and only covered half way!

I took my wife for a casual breakfast of donuts and coffee, and was not disappointed. The coffee was hot and tasty, and the donuts were still warm when we got them. Got to watch them making Valentines heart shaped donuts and filling them with cream.
