Great staff, good cold brew. Avocado toast needs some help. Avocado was not ripe or seasoned so four stars. Very Northside coffeehouse so go here for that type of environment. Downtown has a better coffeehouse vibe.

Great place - I love going, everyone is super nice and friendly. My only gripe is the time it takes to get your order - on average, I spend about 15-20 minutes waiting for a cold brew and toast. I understand that they get busy but the wait is too long. If youre ok with waiting, go, but if youre in a hurry dont go.

The service here is spot on. They will remember your drink. All of the staff are very friendly and make great conversation. All are welcome here. It is dog and kid friendly. Plus it is a great place to study with a few areas with outlets. The food is good, and the coffee is fantastic. The beans never taste burnt no matter what roast you get. My favorite drinks there are the Honey Joy with vanilla rose flavor, the Kuppa Joy, and the Americano. The docor is modern and welcoming. The seating is comfortable is varied, which is really nice. There is a space for everyone!

Met with a friend here outside and it worked out great. They have several tables and seating areas along with some great coffee.

The staff was very cheerful and happily attended to my needs to include running all over the store and finally out to her car to get a hat for me!

I tried the garden bagel sandwich. It was very good, tasted fresh. It was made to order. They were busy but the lady at the register was very fast and also friendly.

I was really awkward but they were really nice. It just took a long time to get my drink. The place looks nice. The price is a little high.

I honestly love Kuppa Joy. I would even go as far and say that Kuppa Joy has sparked my passion and love for small intimate coffee house exploring. Their coffee tastes like coffee and not burnt coffee like Starbucks. I am always excited to walk into a Kuppa Joy knowing that staff will greet me with love and friendliness. I have been going to the Clovis location, and was very excited to experience this new location so close to home. I love how “hip” the location looks and how amazing staff, food, and drinks are. Highly recommend this place.

I love Starbucks but it is so nice to have another option like Kuppa Joy. The fact that they have local cookies is a big plus as well.

Just made the time to check out this location, 1st and foremost my drink was amazing just like I always expect from Kuppa Joy but I also got to enjoy the great vibes that only K.J. knows how to provide. I can confidently say Ive found another great place for coffee. Good job K.J. another great experience! I will definitely be back!

This is Kuppa Joy but next level. The quality, attention to detail, and joy is phenomenal here. This is where you take your out of town friends to impress them, but also the perfect place to grab coffee before you head to work! Stop for lunch and try the harvest salad (it is SO good)! Or splurge and get the “Le Waf”! My favorite drink here is the hallelujah! Also every employee is very friendly and welcoming! Love this cafe!

Really enjoyed my experience at the new location. The staff was super friendly even though they were pretty busy and I didn’t even wait as long as I expected for my drink. Great location, atmosphere, etc. A cleaner, generic version of the company compared to the first few years when it opened.Paid full price for their Siphon coffee. Wasnt worth it and was not made properly. The barista became impatient, maybe because I was watching him. Like pour over you shouldnt fuss with the coffee once it starts draining. It didnt drain quickly enough, or maybe something else was wrong, and he started to swirl it around, etc. $10.00 wasted.I will stick to pour over, cold brews, and lattes.

Wow! This experience is truly that. Its is like the difference between an average hotel (any other coffee shop) and a 5 star stay at the Ritz Carlton (Kuppa Joy). This service is marvelous, the ladies and gentleman taking my order were very friendly and knowledgeable. The aesthetics of this shop are great and very color coordinated with their logo colors.The shop is spacious and offers a variety of seating options from their bar to stool/table seating, or lower tables where laptops can be set up.Shout out to kylie Cody, Josh, Allysa, and erick for going above and beyond and genuinely caring about the work they do. It shows they are invested into creating the best experience possible for the customer.They all deserve raises! 😊

This Kuppa is great! Coffee choices are numerous. The staff can answer questions about different styles/blends. The Garden Bagel is fresh and tasty. Inside or outside seating. The staff are ALL wonderful. Have NEVER had bad service here. Friendly, comfortable atmosphere.
