Tea is an acquired taste for those of us who grew up in Mexico with the Abuelita that had a not so delicious herbal remedy for every ailment you can imagine. For years I would drink tea with 3 tea spoons of honey diluted into it. However, once I tasted Raizana I was hooked!!! no honey or sugar needed!!! Their teas are delicious all on their own!!! Not only are they good to warm you up during those Fresno winter days, they energize you and heal you all at the same time!!! Ive been drinking tea since i was a lil girl for tummy aches or when you get a cold. You name it my grandma would make a tea for it. There are many teas on the market but what i love about Raizana Teas is that once you have sampled it you have to buy some. The teas are very tasty and not bitter or dry like the ones you might purchase at the grocery. Another reason to try their teas is, if you are not educated about teas, speak to the experts Sol and Pablo are experts in informing you on the benefits of the different teas they make. I have tried there Diabe tea and there Happy tea both very flavorful. Im also glad to know that these teas are made by Sol with recipies passed down from her grandmother who is from Mexico. Makes you feel good to learn that these teas have a beautiful tradition and have been handed down by generation. Come by and sample the tea of the day. I look forward to trying there new Rose Jasmine Green tea.

Let me begin by saying that Ive had great difficulty in sleeping soundly(if at all) for over 30 years. A friend told me to try an herbal tea that contained Linden tree leaves,passionflower and just a little valerian(more than a little of this gives me nightmares frequently). I decided to try Raizanas Tranquily Tea. I found a large cup of this tea shortly before bed,helps me sleep during the night. It doesnt put me to sleep quickly but once Ive fallen asleep,and if something awakens me,it really helps me go back to sleep again,as opposed to remaining up the rest of the night. I strongly recommend this tea as a sleep aid. Its taste is not bad at all but takes a little getting used to it.

You should visit regularly to experience the variety and quality of Raizana Teas. The Coconut Chai is a spicy hit. Its been great getting to know the store owners, Pablo and Sol, too. The team is very friendly and helpful, you feel welcome when you step into the bright blue store. Its next to Warnors Theater in the historic block of shops on Tuolumne. You also can find their teas at the new Peeves Public House and Local Market a block away on the Fulton Mall.

I first met Raizana Teas business owners Pablo and Sol when I lived at Bullard and Barstow. Since then I haved tried several of their tea products and enjoyed it very much. The product is neatly packaged and labeled. Its very easy to read about the ingredients and if I have any questions, Pablo or Sol are very informative about their products.I am a big fan of the Chai Tea and recommend it to everyone to try it out. Plus their store is very neat and has all kinds of gift and tea package ready for your purchase.

Raizana Teas are very tasty and health-promoting. I personally love the Digest-Tea, Fluidi-Tea and Tranquili-Tea. These are my go-to gifts for people because they are very attractively packaged, tasty as well as useful. Everyone to whom I have given the tea has become a devotee (Devo-tea? lol) The shop is super cute, very well decorated and a fun place to visit. Raizana gets my 5 stars without a doubt!
