Lots of selection with good prices on most office supplies. A good selection of electronics and office machines, copiers, printers etc. A very helpful copy and print department, and a large office furniture selection. My only knock inside the store is that you arent always greeted nor is there someone asking you if you need help. That could be more consistent. Parking is ample, however, other business use the parking lot, which makes parking a premium, and it might take you some time to find a space.

Another awesome shopping experience at Office Max. I bought a printer, some organizational-type items, a fabric bin, a collapsible crate, a snap-together box with a lid, and some fun tape, chalkboard paper tape, measuring tape, which is marked as a one foot ruler would be, so, to use it, you have to keep track of each foot, and then add the remaining inches. But it is accurate, lol.

I had problems printing with my personal laptop and printer. I love my printer but it gave me such a hard time. I dont know anything about drivers and connections with wireless printers at all. But I went in today to see if anyone can help me. I simply went into the store with my laptop and printer to see if they can help. Unfortunately, if you have a wireless printer, they cant plug it in and see the problem. (its understandable)The guy knew what was wrong and quickly identify the problem of the connection. I never stated the problem to him and simply said that my printer wasnt printing through my laptop but my phone can. He then told me that the driver probably has to be reinstall again. He also said to watch the CD that was provided with the manuals and yes, that was my answer. I didnt have a driver and in order for it to successfully print again, I must download the correct driver. So after I did that (took about 2-7 minuets) I was able to print again. I honestly thought that I tried everything, but I was wrong. I shouldve looked and read the manuals carefully. I couldve saved their time and mines. But I am glad to go there because now I know what to do if that problems does happen again.

All okay. Need to fix time on coping a paying for copies. 12¢ each b&w copy.

Went in for just a few items really all stuff I didnt need and grabbed a label maker something I do sort of need at home the tag on the sales floor said one price the price register said another. I insisted that they have the price checked on the sales floor and it took them so long to find the thing that I got feb up with the rude cashier and walked out without making a purchase. This is the worst experience I have had at this location and mostly all my shopping experiences at this location have been awful but this is the only location near my house I hate taking an hour bus ride to get to office max across town but from now on I will be taking that hour long bus ride.

Employees were great but to fax it cost 2 dollars a page outrageous good thing I didnt need a cover page

Originally went to another location before this one to purchase a desk. The ones I were interested weren’t available so the friendly staff at the first location found the item for me at this location and called to have them hold it for me. Upon arrival they were selling the desk I was told they would hold for me, for 30 minutes and I got there in half that time, and I let it slide and was like ok since they explained the said customer was interested in buying it the same time I was. Then I asked them to show me what WAS available and they did not want to help me at all. The guy was stuck on repeat and saying “I think we are out of most of them.” And I was like ok well since you already sold my desk that was promised to me can help me with what you DO have. Again I got the same response from him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ALL AROUND. Stick to the location in river park!!

The only Office Depot I will go to. Staff has been there a LONG time and know whats going on.

I love that they print shipping labels and take packages. They also had a variety of clearance items that I snatched up.

My son and I went to this store today, as we entered the store no one greeted us. The woman that was up front who had a headset on looked at us but didnt say anything or even smile. My son was looking for computer chair, we were in that area for over 10 minutes and still no one approached us. The same woman wearing the headset was in that area giving instructions to another employee so I think she might of been management, they both looked at us and I was even sitting in one of the chairs and still no one asked if we needed help or if we had any questions. Poor customer service and they lost a sale. We wont be visiting this store again.

Customer service is not the best but I guess it depends when you go. It was 730 pm & empty inside, I was noticed when I walked in but not greeted. That was fine though because after walking around in circles through a couple aisles, I was asked if I needed help 😒. They did not carry the item I was looking for, but the associate helping me said that he could order it. That was helpful rather than just being told they didnt have it. Other than that, the outside lighting is very poor. It was somewhat dark because there were no lights in the parking lot except the nearby street lights and the lights by the store door.

I dont go to the closest Office Depot, I go to this one! The staff here is amazing every time. Quick and efficient business printing!

Worst place to get your passport size photos or any other photos. They will not cut them for you; I mean why they have that service if they’re not going to do the job right!! I asked for 2” x 2” passport size photos and she gave me photos on a 4”x 6” sheet paper, how am I spouse to cut them? She said you can cut them with scissors lol totally unprofessional so I was like okay. When I got home and cut them with scissors the actual pictures were 2.2” x 2.2” what the hell??!!! I paid $45.94 for 8 off size passport photos and a glue stick what a rip off!! So I went to Fedex Kinkos the next day and took me 45 minutes to the fix the photos to its proper size. Don’t waste your time here with photos, go to Walgreens or Costco they’re ½ the price and they will give you the actual size nice and cut only $5 bux for two professional 2”x 2” passport size photos and save time and money.

Associate Christian Brooks was extremely helpful. He was knowledgeable and patient in helping to fix the problem I had with my laptop.
