They do have a great selection of toys in general but are severely lacking in some departments. For Doctor Who, we only found one toy. The show is hugely popular, I expected so much more. If you want Legos, theres a huge selection, however.

Finally decided to review this store after years of being a customer, and especially now before the store shutters for good.The store layout is dated, like many of the businesses on West Shaw, and the selection seems to be ever shrinking. I remember about a decade ago, I would marvel at the sheer size and quantity of the toys and gadgets that were available.For the people who say they are getting no help are usually the ones that stand there and say nothing. The employees are not mind readers. Ive always gotten help when I asked.Overall, after many years of buying toys for myself and now my son, I can say that Ive enjoyed all of my shopping trips here. The kid in me always comes out, and Ive never really had a bad experience here. Unfortunately, the way that people are shopping has changed, but perhaps Toys R Us can find new life online, and get their finances in order. Thank you for always bringing excitement to myself and the rest of my family. Will miss this store greatly.

Love, Love, Love! My young daughter calls it Toys Store R Us, to us its the best store in the world. Why? Because all Toys. We have One in Fresno and One in Clovis. I prefer Fresno location; it just Feels more fun. We go several times a year.

Still terribly dirty and grimy. Ongoing problem. Spoke with the district manager directly about six years ago. This was our number one place to buy toys and just hang out and see the new items. And our first stop on black Friday. But no more. The parking lot is full of trash - seriously found a used diaper and bags of trash. The sidewalk needs to be pressure washed. The store inside needs a good mopping especially in the corners. This store needs LOVE. It needs a team to treat it as their home.

This store is closing its doors and clearing out its merchandise. There are signs outside that say EVERYTHING 30% OFF.. but notice the tiny up to at the top. It turns out almost everything in the store is 10% off, and although there are big signs throughout the store that say NOTHING HELD BACK, the baby food and formula are completely excluded from any sale. Expect to find a very messy, picked over store, with a few small discounts. They do still have car seats and other necessary items for babies at 10% discounts. All sales are final.

Today I just came in for 1 thing . Little Tike bounce ball and experience outstanding customer service. Harold was the name of the employee. Harold went above and beyond and offer to inflate the ball since it did not come with a air kit . My little girl has been asking for this ball for weeks thanks to Harold my daughter does not have to wait much longer . Harold is a great example of how customer service should be offered. Myself being in the retail industry for over 26yrs can really appreciate employees like Harold .....KUDOS to Harold .

Prices in store were higher than thier website for some items, but they did price match. Helpful staff. Store is well stocked and neat, but looking worn.

Store needs a little TLC and maybe a bit of reorganizing. Good selection of toys, electronics section needs some updating and I couldnt find what I was looking for. Other than that staff service was great

Im a little mixed on Toys r us. I love the big selection of different toys, but as far as plush toys, theyre usually dirty. Its like kids were playing with them in the store, got dirt and boogers on them, then put them back. I think the toys need to be packaged or maybe when theyre dirty, put them in a clearance bin...?

Always Satisfied with them. Was my fave store as a kid and now my kids love this place just as much as I did. Absolutely love their layaway too.

Great selection of toys for all ages, they also have baby apparel, essentials and accessories for infants as well as strollers and high chairs. I do wish customer service was better I walked the whole store without being asked if we needed help even though the associates walked in front of me several times.

Dont expect any help from the employees in this store. They all appear to be to busy texting and chatting with each other to be off any help. Good luck trying to get someone to see if they have an item if you cant find it yourself. Your better off buying online then going to this store.

Place is closing mid April. Many things already gone but still some decent inventory if youre willing to look. Get some while you can!

Great customer service spoke to a young lady and she was very helpful sorry I didnt get her name, but I can tell you she has a 1-3-4-5 nephews and I told her about my grandkids. Thank you for your help have a wonderful day

Good clean store, but I prefer the Clovis store better. Has a better layout and seems like its more stocked then the Fresno location.

Theyre going out of business so everything is on sale. Some things are pretty good deals, but not everything. Have fun!

Well store is closing but went to the one on Shaw and brawley and it was pretty much still organized great sale prices at the time they were having a 50% off sale .. unfortunately there closing

Wonderful place to come a shop for any kid its a complete playground for them. Main place I came for to shop for Christmas for my nieces and nephews.And i can say they loved everything I got them thanks to Toyrus having pretty much all the new disney movie character toys. Employees are great and and really positive but who couldnt being around toys all day!

Customer service sucks. Hard to find any associate to help out on the floor. Not very many so it takes forever. I only see about 4 or five people working there in the store everytime i go. They are not very helpful, slow, and and doesnt look enthusiastic. Their return policy on online electronic sucks as well. I bought a tablet online but my daughter didnt like and play with it. I tried to return it to the store and the manager said i should return back my mail. I wasnt very happy going through the hassle. Then he said i can do store credit if i return it with them. I said ok. I got the refund minus $6 recycling fee so i lost $6 and it was put on a gift card with my name on it only so it is not transferrable. Ive had the card for 2 mos now and i havent spent it yet. Everything is overpriced in there compared to elsewhere. Just wish i never shopped there in the first place. Ive had other frustrations as well.

I love going there. And went to day and got gift for my granddaughter for her birthday today.

Has all kinds of toys for girls and boys a good place to take kids shopping for toys.

A lot of stuff didnt have the price on it and the place was in such disarray it was hard to find anything.

I really like the huge overall toy selection here as well as bicycles and kids clothing very nice

Its going out of business. Things get marked down for clearance and then marked down again. Found some decent deals.

Worst Toys R Us ever. Started waiting in line for the Nintendo NES classic at 12:30 am. I was 10th in line. A night stocker came out and we asked him how many nintendos there were, because we didnt want to spend all night there for nothing. He said 7 are out but they locked up 23 in the managers case, so there will be 30.Fast forward to 6am when the manager, Joe comes out to hand out the tickets. This fool says theres only 7! Oh really? Only 7? When a good 15 of us froze our butts off ALL NIGHT for literally no reason. Not to mention this fool had EMPLOYEES waiting and roaming around in the morning all sketchy. Hmm... something isnt right. Cant believe the selfishness behind their management team. Sell a few and keep the rest for the employees. It does not make sense how other stores are posting double-digit amounts of their NES inventory and this one only ended up with 7! I will NEVER EVER SHOP AT A TOYS R US AGAIN.

It was quick and easy, even during the holiday shopping.

Way before and even way after the holidays, this store is ALWAYS a mess. None of the pricing is ever accurate. Shopping carts by the dozen rolling around the parking lot hitting cars. Girl in electronics was incredibly nice and may be the only reason we actually made a purchase at this store. Manager was smug and rude.
