Room for improvementI did not have a good experience here. There hours are not good. They are always closed it seems.I asked a lady (a Raiders fan) for help with some brushes and she shouted instructions to me as to how to navigate the store rather than getting up from her chair and walking me to where I could find the brushes. They do not have non-coercive spray bottles. I’ll be doing my business with Fresno Ag Hardware and I’ll avoid this place as much as possible. I kinda know the owner of this place or else I would give this business a 1 star.

Unlike home depot their workers actually are knowledgeable on the stuff they sell. Great customer service specially from the asian gentleman. 👍

It was nice and cleaning to help you out theyre very curious and fast service and it was not crowded we were all I would visit her again and I would recommend it to everybody

It is always a pleasure to shop at Ace. This is a small (but complete) location with courteous and knowledable staff eager to assist you. And their prices are very similar to big box stores where you can never find things and must wait forever for assistance from somebody who has no expertise. More so every day, I turn to small locally owned Ace Hardware first and enjoy shopping with confidence.

Not a full ace store. Limited supplies. No rewards (Ace). Friendly staff. Only real hardware store in SE Fresno.

If youre on this side of town, strongly recommend coming here!! Needed keys made and home depot failed me so I went here and was in and out with my key copies made in a flash!! Thank you to all who work here and will definitely be back!!! Cheers!

I used to go to OSH before it closed. 3 times now the Home Depot did not have the items I need in stock. Ace has had the items in stock. I now go to Ace first. The staff are both friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
