Very helpful, we learned that todays futons are more than just stick frames and paper thin mattresses. We left with exactly what we néeded.

Good selection staff was very freindly and helpful. Sales rep was not pushy at all he asked what we were looking for and pointed out his selections and answered all our questions. Parking is located in back of building and its easy to miss.

I bought a futon here about 9 months ago and the salesman was extremely nice and helpful! Fast forward 9 months and I tore a piece on the futon loading it the wrong way. The same salesman replaced the piece with no hassle, no fuss, and had the same helpful and nice attitude he had 9 months prior when he sold it to me! I am so so happy I purchased from futon world!!
