Someone crashed a dumpster into our underground garage door and jammed it so it was inoperable. Apparently the slats were knocked off the track were severely bent. We contacted several companies and R&S was the only one that would come out at 9p. The tech’s name was Marlon and he arrived within thirty minutes (he actually beat me there) He was super friendly and patiently answered all my questions and kept me laughing. He was able to fix the slats and reassemble the door onto the track in an incredibly speedy timeframe. I was home before midnight, thank you R&S for helping us in a tough situation.

I had a roll door at my business come off its track. Called R&S in Fresno. The woman that answered was very nice, took all my information down, and assured me that a Sales Rep would contact me. Shortly after that call, a Sales Rep called. He confirmed my service request and verified my location. On 8/5/2021, I received a call from Michael, an R&S Service Tech, who let me know that he and his partner Adam, were heading toward my place of business. Thirty minutes later Michael and Adam arrived and wasted no time in fixing my roll door. They were fast and efficient! Got the job done and made recommended repairs which I will receive in an email. GREAT customer service by Michael and Adam!!! I will certainly consider R&S for any future door issues!

Tyson and Craig came to look at our door the was giving us many problems they diagnosed the problem and gave me 2 options on how to fix it. they were both friendly and polite, they went right to work. I like that they didnt push on replacement of the door as the only option. its an old door, but they could upgrade they told me I like having the 2 options.

Based on their reviews we asked for a quote for new gates. R&S came out and took measurements, then never sent a quote. We called and asked about the quote and were told they were waiting for pricing on parts and would send the quote when they received the pricing. We never heard from them again. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere since R&S doesnt seem to need it.

R&S is the only place we hire for all of our dock and door needs here at Hydrite Chemical Co. Thank you Brandon for the support calls.
