Wow, super clean and organized. Employees (all if them) always asking if I needed help. Easy to find and see items everywhere because it was bright, organized and clean.

This is the hardware store where its okay to ask! To often in large hardware stores I get the feeling like Im inconveniencing staff when I ask.... well pretty much anything. At Ace, it couldnt be any different, polite and friendly employees that actually smile.

What a great store. So refreshing to have awesome staff help us. Manager is great too. Good prices and love the Garden Center. One of the best I have seen.

Took 40min to rekey a lock then find out they charge me for it. Price should be given before the work is done.

Large aisles, well lit, good floor staff(training & positive attitude shows) way better experience for hardware and general household items than the big box stores.

Biggest and best stocked Ace Ive ever been to, hands down. Only weird thing is they have a sign at the door saying masks were necessary for entry, and nobody had them on.

Candy store of hardware stores for the uninitiated. Spent a lot of money for .. I dont exactly know what 🤔 but completely happy with my purchases. Little bit of everything for someone. Poor cashier guy in front of the door though. Can someone shade the window so they can see what theyre doing and dont melt?

It is a very nice hardware store. However latley no one asks you if you need help anymore. Very few employees on shift are even knowlageable of the hardware in the store or the terminology of items. Iam not sure seems to be the new norm. Trying to get a key made has also become a 45min deal and thats if you dont have to come back 3 times due to faulty cutting. All in all it would be nice if they spent a few more dollars on trained employees. They sure have no problem raising prices. I hope to see this store improve.

The moment you walk in youre greeted and asked if you need help finding anything. Then, I was asked that same question by 4 separate employees. They are all friendly and helpful! The complete opposite of Lowes and Home Depot! Please dont shop at Lowes or Home Depot and go to this ACE hardware. I really want this place to stay in business!

They are a great neighborhood store. if you dont want to go to a big box store like Lowes and home Depot that is a great place to just go pick up what you need and go home and do whatever you need to do. It works for me.

This Ace Hardware Store is one of the nicer ones I have been to. I remember them being smaller and more expensive. Its nice to have a nice Hardware store in the neighborhood.

Called and asked for a part, we were told that they had itin stock. We drove 30 minutes out of our way only to find out they didnt even carry the part. Very disappointing. Wont be going there again.

A really great source for a lot of hard to find hardware. Ace is a brand name that is basically what OSH was. If youre a fan of OSH go here and you shouldnt be disappointed! The staff is friendly and really helpful, as well as more knowledgeable than the crews at Lowes and Home Depot. Will be continuing to go here!

Plus they support the troops and give MILATARY DISCOUNT!! Great store!! Glad they moved in and replaced the former hardware store that closed in that location!! Fully stocked and decorated! Knowledgeable associates and plenty of them around to actually help!! GREAT experience!

Probably the Best Ace Hardware store in the valley. They had everything I needed. From BBQs, BGE (Big Green Egg) supplies, needed lawn care and pest remediation. I was able to take care of my entire list with one stop. Plus they responding to the COVID requirements in a way that doesnt impact my shopping, but still keeps everyone safe.

Its a blessing having this store so close to home. The customer service is excellent.

It is the best dam hardware store. Clean organized, brightly lit, and their schematics are in the money. Easy to find stuff, prices are comparable and if its a couple dollars more...pay it. Today I came into the store and had a great experience with the cashier at the counter, Linda, and gpt great help from an associate named Rosendo. During these crazy times, this store has managed to accurately and amazingly follow covid guidelines for the wellbeing of customers and employees alike. I will continue shop as long as I am alive. Love my local Ace.

I love the houseplants here, selection is small but changes frequently. Prices are mid range, they have some cool smaller ones for usually a fair price.

I bought some parts and they would not return my money to me accepted my debit card would say immediately took the money out of my account but it took him 10 days to put it back in my account so Ill never shop here again less than 1 star
