Ive used Miracle Ear before in a different location for a simple repair and the guy there really wasnt that helpful to me and was kind of mean. Before I started using this location, I was living out of the area. I was visiting Fresno and my tubes for my molds needed to be changed as well as my hooks. It was an emergency literally lol. Alan was the only person who was willing to fix them for me before I went back home to Eureka which is 7 hours away. This happened twice btw. He was also very generous, wonderful to talk to. About a month ago, I moved back to Fresno, went back to this location for a hearing test and yesterday got a new pair of hearing aids. I love them. The technology on these things is awesome, they have good quality sounds and I love the different programs as well as the fact that I can listen to music through my aids. They are literally just awesome. Alan knew exactly what settings to give me and how to program the aids best to suit my needs. I highly recommend this place. I will continue to go to this location from now on since I am back in Fresno.

It is a small business with a lot to offer. We have been using Alans Miracle Ear almost ten years and two pairs of hearing aids. This is a full service location with the latest hearing assisting products and all the accessories.Alan and Andy cheerfully inspect and clean their products every time we go in-no charge unless were upgrading.It is a beautiful thing to hear and be able to adjust the level and range depending on the environment. Talking with someone is so pleasant when you dont have to constantly say Huh?.

I have been taking both my parents to Miracle Ear. Andy is always friendly and goes above and beyond to be helpful. They are professional, personable and make it known that they really care.. my dad is 98 and my mom is 84!

Good hearing aids are pricy but worth it to live life fully. Alan and Andy take good care of your hearing aids long after your purchase.
