I spent half the day looking for a seal for a special fitting that no one in Tulare had. I called Central Supply and tried to describe what I needed. The person that answered the phone was very nice and told me I should talk to Tom, he was the expert on the system I was working on. Tom ask me to text him a picture and he Immediately called me back. He said he had what I needed and asked me for my shipping address. This was after 3:00 pm. He text me back at 5:42 pm to let me know they had shipped out that same day! I had the parts I needed to make my repairs by noon the next day. If this isnt amazing customer service I dont know what is...Thank you Tom for going the extra mile!
