Went with my best friend. We got big desserts even though were lactose intolerant (yolo) 😝. But very cute place, nicely decorated. Needs to be sanitized a little better. But it was delicious! Bit pricey but worth it. Lady that attended us was nice. Definitely recommend trying:)

The sign said they opened at 10 am and i came at around 10:05 am, i stood there for 5 minutes waiting for someone to attend me and no one came. once someone finally came to attend me they said they didn’t have anything ready so i was in there for 10 minutes and came back empty handed, horrible customer service. i recommend la michoacána premium, 100 times better.

Best mangonadas in town! Aside from marrying my wife... the only reason to come to Fresno!

They have a great variety of treats and dairy free options which is always appreciated! Everything is well priced, I enjoy the mangonada and its definitely worth purchasing! I highly recommend coming here to satisfy your cravings!

Experience was really bad they didnt have anything. We ask for a crazy shake and they told us that they were not making them but the customer behind us order one and they made for him. No problem. I paid a lot of money and my family was not able to get what they wanted

I use to go there to Get Mangonadas & Michelaguas&The last time we went the Michelaguas was bad like they prepared a week a go, to my Mangonadas was no mango FlavorSoo we never went back.

I usually dont come here cause they be slacking. They were 4 workers and they were the slowest!!! And there were more than 10 people waiting. I was the 3 person in line and I literally was there for 30 minutes. Plus one of the workers was on her phone. Never again!!! Some customers were getting annoyed and were leaving. I was this close to leave but my son really wanted ice cream.

So went here for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised, I didnt know what to expect but I found reasonable prices, good portions and very good ice cream. Probably the best ice cream place in Fresno havent been to a better place yet

Just ordered tostilocos via doordash. They arrived after 1 hour and a half of ordering and the servings were very little. Waste of money.

Worst customer service not welcoming at all no greetings like other places do. People were already in line waiting to get their order taken 15 minutes already in line and didn’t bother to tell us customers we apologize for the wait will be right with you. Honestly will not be back here again employees in the front really need better customer service skills. I have no idea how these people got hired to treat the customers with such dismissal. Not the best first impression... before arriving I ensured the place was still open as everywhere online it is posted they are opened from 10am-10pm Sun-Sat. We got to the location at approximately 9:26pm and we could see that there were customers inside but their door was locked. Us along with other customers that arrived at the same time we did were also wondering why their doors were locked when ALL the signs on their windows said they were opened until 10pm. After we were standing outside wondering why they were locked, we at least expected to have one of their employees to let us know sorry it’s closed, but that was not the case. All 3 of them clearing saw all of us outside and completely ignored us.

Very slow service. Went during my lunch hour 1-2pm despite there only being two customers in store. The single clerk took her sweet time never acknowledged my presence. I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.

The food here is unbelievably delicious! The staff is super nice and there is such a huge variety of things you can order.

The service today was not the best, I always buy a fruit bowl and this time it was not done like the last time. I come here at least once a week and the bowl was not done how I asked I had to repeat myself multiple times, they were putting in a cup when I asked for a closed container, the container barely had any fruit. I will keep coming here hopefully they have different staff that know what they are doing.

First time here and all was good. My son and I had ice cream. They offer 1 scoop or 2 scoop cups. There is a nice variety of ice cream and sorbet flavors. I had 1 scoop of the Patron Tequila with almonds and 1 scoop of Cappuccino. Good stuff. The wife got the Diablito. She was very happy with her choice. They also have a nice variety of paletas or popsicles.

It was worth the wait! Valio la Espera! #7 is the one to get comes with pretty much all your basic need, Especially if you have the MUNCHIES and cant decide what to get go with the #7 Youll get a little bit of everything. 10/10 for me. Service was good. But ice cream was a fail. You would think Reeses ice cream would have Reeses peanut butter cups in it, but instead it had soggy Reeses cereal in it.

Gloria was such a joy! She made me smile and gave me great recommendations. The options are plenty! I would come back any day! Also the decorations were really cute.

Prices are good, but they were out of everything.. got in at 930pm. They close at 10pm. I can see they were in a hurry to be out. They were out of alot of things because they had put away everything... the girl who helped us was nice, I can tell she was new.. I didnt want to make her job hard as she was told by other employees not to serve us certain things because they were outedit after reply: things they were out of.... hot cheetos for the esquite, nacho cheese, no milkshakes, there was a sign up that said no mango/mango chamoy ice cream, raspados . ( that was understood)

The food is okay, a little over priced. What bothered me the most is their customer service. Its terrible! I have gone 3 times and everytime the employees would give you attitude. Plus they are not diverse. I understand that its a hispanic/latino business but they wont hire people of color, all of them are light skin Latinas. Its a little disheartening. If you want to try it, go ahead but I think its better to support small local businesses instead.

Came from New York to visit family decided to google some local sweet places and I seen this place had good reviews. Decided to try it out and I was disappointed. The music super loud. As if I was at a night club. The female at the register are super nice which is a good things. I got the corn on a cup which was super watery (understandable ) but it want sweet at all being it white corn which is sweet. The cheese used isn’t the cheese that usually used on corn. It was also lukewarm which give it a cold taste. The ice cream my family got tasted good. The place looked clean overall. Will be trying some other place if I visit Fresno ca again.

We got there at around 9:30 and ate our stuff outside in our car, the sign said they close at 10 but they locked the doors after we left way before 10! There were people going up to the door and they werent letting them in. If it says youre gonna close at 10, close at 10! Not 30 minutes before! Lazy/non caring service!

Customer service was good! The service lady was real nice. The kids love it cause of the colorful decor within. Super fun and festive and the many flavors of ice creams, yogurts, and custards are wonderful. And of they offer free sample taste. They have all the lastest antojitos are trending online! Amazing!

Servers are super nice! But I feel like they need to work on how much they serve of things. I ordered a cup of corn with hot cheetos & it was more hot cheetos than corn. I honestly couldnt eat it...there was no flavor to it just the hot cheetos.

I love La Michoacána and this location is amazing inside. Its super clean, colorful and always playing the best Mexican music. They have a wide variety of paleta flavors and treats. Paletas are my favorite; thick, creamy, and rich in flavor. Michoacána uses fresh fruit and nuts in all of their products. Gummy bear paletas, Snickers paletas, Gansito paletas, walnut paletas (whole or crushed), and even tequila paletas. This location also has four different backdrop designs to fulfill all of your social media needs.This place is new and wait time may last 5-10 minutes. It seems short-staffed, but I really dont mind the wait. I understand Cremas con Fresa and Mangonadas take a while to make, plus I get to enjoy more music and take my time to view all the paletas. I also enjoy watching how these special treats are made.
