I was a temp working nights for A-Team under Bobby Smiths supervision. He was a great team leader and really went above and beyond to make sure our team got the work out efficiently and safely. I regret taking another assignment, as Im not nearly as happy where I am now as I was working at Netafim. It isnt necessarily easy work but the days go by fast because youre keeping busy.

Worked here for 8 months. There is a toxic work culture that needs addressing at the leadership level. Subordinate is a word that has a lot of weight with this company. Be prepared to be treated like a Subordinate.

First time here to pickup a load and the check in was great had to call in over phone and forklift driver came out to take my information I had a minor wait because they only have 2 docks but once in they loaded up the trailer quickly total time there from check in to check out was about two hours not bad look forward to seeing them again

Working here sucked. The machines are old and poor, it’s hard to tell who is in charge here. Their training program is bad/nonexistent. I wouldn’t buy or work here.

I loved the positive energy from people already working here. However it is a little confusing starting out

GREEDY GREEDY GREEDY!I feel sorry for the employees here. Extremely underpaid and unappreciated. They work like slaves and are expected to complete tasks being understaffed. And instead of hiring more help for their employees, management rather keep their man power hours low and collect fat bonuses at the end of the year...it’s truly astonishing.This place has OSHA and EPA violations written all over it.The workers here should organize a walkout/strike and petition for better wages. It’s common knowledge that this place gives 8-14 cent raises every year. Maybe then Israel would realize how poorly they pay their employees and how desperately they need them. But hey, grow more with less right?

If I could give no stars as a rating, I would. This place has supervisors calling in people who are sick (possibly with COVID-19, awaiting results) to come work because another employee decides to call in and they are short staffed. What kind of company is this!? To jeopardize the health and safety of its employees and their families, it’s unfathomable. Very despicable company in my opinion.

Worst company to work for! I’ve never been so underpaid in my entire career. This is a greedy, greedy company. $100 billion dollar company and they do absolutely nothing for their employees. So disorganized, dysfunctional, and management is in it for themselves. This place is ran by a tyrant!

I recently had a bad customer service experience with this company. When I came to leave this review I wasn’t surprised to see and to read that they treat their employees just as horribly as they do their customers. I will not be doing business with this company again.

This is not an employee friendly company.The company has very stringent expectations for its employees, but yet in still they use inexperienced laborers with little or no work ethic. Adequate training is not provided although employees are working in a very hazardous environment. Employees are not allowed to leave the building during lunch breaks, this is due in part because of employees bringing illegal drugs to the workplace.When it come to racial equality I personally would give the company an F, there is rampant racial stereotypes and racial profiling. Advancement there is not based on what you know, but more so about who you know.Inaccurate records are kept pertaining to work hours, there are constant discrepancies, and if they are not caught by the employee basically you are working for free.Employees beware!

It is great spot to work

This is from a person who works for a company that uses Netafims netaflex unit.I cant express how bad the customer service is. This company has no idea how to use their own equipment and dont have installers to install it.Where I work has had nothing but problems with Netafim as a company and their products. They dont stand behind things when when they break, and believe me they will break all the time, they dont warrantee the products just make excuses why they wont send you a new one.As a employee I hate using this system and my boss hates it even more since he is the one losing big money from it.
