Horrible people to do business with!!!!! They are great at sell you a 7 or 8,000 dollar stove, but will have nothing to do with you if something goes wrong!

My experience has been extremely poor with the service and quality offered by Kustom Kitchens. I bought a Miele dishwasher from Kustom Kitchens which was installed in December, 2020. From the beginning, the door has not closed properly, which it took two months for someone from servicing to come out and fix the door. Two months later the door refused to close and the program menu kept sending error messages. Four calls later to Miele customer service and multiple calls to Kustom Kitchens has resulted in Kustom Kitchens finally admitting they no longer service or sell Miele appliances. I paid approximately $2,000 for an appliance which is under warranty and the retailers response is that they no longer stand behind the product they sold to me. Do not do business with Kustom Kitchens.

Update, maybe reviews help. Both fireplaces are working beautifully now.Prev:Pricing pretty good but service sucks. 2 fireplaces installed in September still dont work (Feb)!

Anson is great, very knowledgeable. Our General Contractor had ZERO knowledge of building materials and had messed up installing our appliances and Anson picked up the task and corrected them without hesitation and saved us a lot of headaches that our GC gave us. Anson also made himself available after the job was completed and answered our questions with integrity unlike our GC. Great Job and we appreciate it.Its not just about money with Anson.
