I have been to rosenbaum rockery several times and have had nothing but good experiences there. This last time I visited I was purchasing a three-quarter inch Las Vegas pink Rock, one ton worth. When I got the material home I realized there was a problem with the quality of Rock. I brought this to the attention of management and they were very sympathetic to my problem. Rosenbaum rockery made it right I got the proper product I needed to complete my job and they did it all with a smile.

Rock Heaven! Love this place! If they were any nicer to me, Id pitch a tent! What I really like is the option to bucket my own rocks or DG. This is my HAPPY Place!!

I LOVE this place... They have every type of landscaping rock you could possibly want. Everyone who works there was very friendly too. I could spend hours in the yard just admiring all the different type of rocks and landscaping and that beautiful pond on display. When I loaded up all my rocks I figured I was going to drop a couple bills but my total was only 54 bucks. Ill definitely be back.

I really was worried about going there because Ive never been to a rockery and I felt really uncomfortable. They were so nice. I can not explain the positive feeling my girlfriend and I had when we left having bought a few rocks. Sooo great.

I have ordered 3 times from rosenbalm, Twice your product is full of dirt or sand. My last order is almost a third sand. 3 tons of palm springs at a 107.00. a ton and a third is sand. When I called about my concerns a message was left saying thats the way it is. I will never buy from you and as a business owner here in Fresno I will let everyone in my circle know about your products.

Bought some Deco rock, great price. Happened upon really cute heart cut slate stepping stone, couldnt believe it was only & 16 bucks! Guys are very helpful and friendly 5 star service!

My mother and I came here to browse a broader selection of pavers than Home Depot offered. They have a wide selection of various materials. The first person to assist us didnt listen to what we wanted, but then Jose helped us find something we really ended up liking. He was very friendly and helpful and he told us it was his first day on the job! Hes a keeper.

I give them no stars they took advantage of my elderly parents and dumped 2 and a half tons of rock which was not the correct size on their driveway then told them just to pay them and theyll be back to correct this issue then said to bad your stuck with the rock because my dad signed the invoice because he trusted and believed that they would fix this issue. All they had to say was too bad for your elderly mother and father. I give them negative 5 stars.

I found out about Rosenbalm Rockery from a lady I meet a couple years ago, she had the most beautiful pond. She told me she gets all of her pond supplies from Rosenbalms - thus the beginning of my relationship with this truly customer friendly staff. Ryan is my pond guy and helps me out with every and any question and pond issue I have. Their prices are excellent and the merchandise is top quality. If I have a need for my pond and/or fish and the store is out of a supply Ryan orders the product and calls me when it arrives. Really what more could I ask for ;-)

We bought 3 large boulders. Everyone that worked there was very helpful. We had the boulders delivered and Hector came right at the beginning of the 2 hour time window. He dropped off the boulders on the pallets in a perfect place on the driveway.

The location is really nice but the prices are very high. We walked around for a good twenty minutes and no one was to be found. No price listings at all. So bring paper and a pen.

This place has a big inventory! I purchased 2.5 tons of landscape rock here and had a no hassle process.However, after getting home I had several people help me wash the landscape rock off because it was piled with dirt. I called the company and told them majority of the rock was dirt and if they are suppose to pressure was the rock before selling it like other local companies do? They said they don’t usually do that. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you plan on having extra hours shoveling dirt off of your drive way or property.I called the company and got 1 ton of rock refunded after providing pictures.

Great place for 3/4 crush rock for roads and pathways! Competitive pricing too if you order by the truckload! Local delivery too!

The first time we ordered rock there was very little dirt mixed in with the rocks so a light rinsing was all that was needed but this last order was HORRIBLE! We had so much dirt that it was ridiculous, it made our job 10 times harder to do! The staff and employees are very nice and helpful.

Dont buy compost here! I made that mistake and thankfully only bought a yard of the five yards I needed . After realizing it was junk I decided I needed to shift every bit just to make it usable. After sifting the yard I found A LOT of plastic shreds, broken GLASS, air soft bbs, carpet fibers both small and large, way too much sand, WAY too much wood chips (not even close to being finished compost, and the most disturbing thing found in it was a old rusty RAZOR BLADE!! Absolutely rediculous and a complete waste of my money! Ill add pics later

Very disappointed in hearing how this company took advantage of my elderly in-laws. They put there trust in employees who told them they would resolve there mistake when they dropped off the wrong size of stone sad to say it was lies. No apologies were givin I will not be recommending this co to anyone.

They sold fake beach wood rocks as real rocks. The rocks started to crumble and decompose in few months into crumbles of dirt. Called the owner and he refused to pick up his material and refused to refund me my money which is $82.50/ton plus tax. I bought 12 tons
