My almost new London Fog fabric luggage got two rips from airline travel. Aporjon patched it with expertise that completely matched the ID slot and even matched the stitching! Very reasonable price and it looks like new again. I couldnt be happier with the repair, time frame (sooner than expected) and price.

I have nothing but love and accolades to heap upon the staff here. I took a vintage leather jacket that needed re-lining and fur jacket for repair, and the work was excellent. We have bought luggage and other Brighton treasure there and it is always a pleasure. Highly recommended.

Staff was very helpful, and really appreciate them putting the initials on the bag and wrapping it so nicely.

I love the customer service I get there. I go for the Brighton things, and send my boyfriend there for gifts. He tells me how much they help him pick items out. I went there today for a gift for my mother (who is a huge Brighton fan). The two ladies there were so helpful......they even found out for me that I can order Brighton gift cards on line for any future needs.I have been coming here for years......And will continue to.

I went into the store to have a Bosca wallet repair done and was told to buy a new one. Very snooty attitude too! Just because I wasnt dressed up and clean shaven doesnt mean I dont have money to spend. Would not recommend to anyone to buy anything from this place. They do have nice stuff, but way over priced and a bad experience.

Terrible customer service! Very snobby treatment! When I brought in something to be repaired, their response was, Cant you just buy a new one? Um, no...that is why I came to your shop.
