Unsatisfactory 😞 drove over an hour to pick up an order to come to find out they ordered the wrong pair of shoes. They should have checked they before calling to have them picked up. Especially with gas prices right now. Unfortunately shoes were not for me they were for for my mom-n-law so I couldnt even get her money back sense I didnt have her credit card. Someone wasnt doing their job correctly. I will never go back their again!

Hoping the shoes are as nice as the ladies at the store. Never spent so much on a pair of shoes and all sales are final 😅

Customer service awful. I understand Covid regulations but to follow me around in the store without assisting me and what I’m looking for made me feel like they Thought I was going to steal something I walked out without purchasing anything .And they really had shoes I was looking to purchase

The sales lady was very helpful in showing me what I needed, I was very satisfied, and the clogs were o my God so comfortable.

My husband took me to this store to buy some comfortable shoes since I have developed major issues with my right foot. This store knows FEET! After changing up the insoles I walked out with the most comfortable walking shoes Ive worn in a very long time. I was so impressed with the comfort I bought another pair. Staff was excellent. Im glad I found some comfortable shoes, but I was somewhat annoyed that the store dropped the ball and did not call me as soon as they came in. Finally got my shoes almost one month later. Top it all off, the employee had a terrible attitude about the whole deal and cut me off because she had other customers.

SAS has great shoes especially for those who have feet issues. They are the best shoes i have found for planterphasitis or if your on your feet all day.

They helped me get a good fit and made adjustments to make the shoes more comfortable. They were very friendly and helpful. I will certainly be going back for more shoes.

SAS shoes was a phenomenal experience not only was this a United States made product keeping someones family afloat in Texas where these shoes are made We went in during covid-19 and they literally serve one customer at a time they close and lock the door they ensure you understand their rules the shoes are a little on the pricey side however they are quality made shoes customer service is much more than expected I highly recommend this store.

Female employee had bad attitude about why it took so long to get the product. fourth pair of shoes I have purchased there. I love the shoes and want to support local business but will buy on line and could have done so today. Will do so next time cheaper and faster delivery and less SASS no pun intended. I will help other family members buy their sas shoes on line.

Good shoes that fit I love them

The manager (Sandy) at this store does not have a friendly customer service attitude. She comes off as rude and makes customers (and staff) afraid to say the wrong thing. The best way to manage her is not to disagree with anything she says despite your own opinions about the way a shoe fits on YOUR foot! This is not quite the shopping experience I look for when I spend over $150 on a pair of shoes. I love the quality of the shoes sold at SAS but the customer service at this location is seriously lacking. The great thing about the internet is that customers can now bypass this retail store (and poor customer service) and shop online!

Joann was very polite and respectful measuring my mother and father in laws feet, who are both elderly. She described the shoes description. She also stretched a shoe for more comfortability. Great Service... thank you

Some of the most comfortable and best fitting shoes I have ever owned. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Pretty much the only place in town that has sizes over 12 in stock.

My wife makes me come here with her. she ooohs and aaahs when tying on shoes here that I make her buy herself two pair. My wife loves these shoes. She is on her feet for 9-10 hours daily and she just wants the best for her. We like their quality and prices are reasonable good staff..
