Lovely couple running this hidden gem! I recently got married and they were able to help me find a stunning gown in less than a month with all my so many adjustments needed! I had ordered a custom dress from another place and it was a mess, nothing like what I envisioned. They worked with my budget and ordered a dress that matched what I was looking for and with the in-house adjustments it was PERFECT! Thank you so much Maria & Aldo!

Amazing business to work with. My son had his first communion and I wanted the color Red and this was the only place that made it easy and stress free for me. Communication is most important to me and that alone is 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐s. My son was so handsome, all measurements were on point and everyone was so impressed on the great quality of his suit!! You must try this place before you agree anywhere else, I promise reasonable, accountable and professional. Ill be back soon for my wedding attire.

Please read the reviews before entering this store and save yourselves from having to deal with the owner. Worst experience ever one week before my daughters quince. Hes the worst. My daughter walked out crying because of what this man did to us and right on the day of her photoshoot. Hes unhu inhuman. Doesnt have feelings and everything is just just for his convenience. Save yourselves.

The owner is very mean and arrogant he doesnt care about his clients only about the money.. We had a horrific experience with these people and would never recommend them to anyone.. We also filed a complaint with the BBB and highly recommend others to do the same.. If Icould give them negative stars I would.

The customer service is awesome! I wanted a refund on my daughter dress cause I felt like I went way over on my budget! They help me with a discount and put me at ease! Such a great couple running the store!

This place is the worst of all the places I have bought a dress from. They are not honest with the customer, my expectations were high but my experience was the worst. The owner is impolite, rude and he doesnt know how to treat people. I am so sorry I found this place.

My mother and I came in to kill some time and look at a few crowns. One worker came over to help us and let us try a few crowns on, after trying on a few another worker came over and said that would be the last one to try on, since they were “busy” . When we walked in no one was there and they were sitting on there phones. As the first worker was friendly the other was rude and we will not be returning. 🙅🏽‍♀️🤷🏽‍♀️

Best place in town for baptism dresses

Please go elsewhere for your purchase. Don’t waste your time! Very unprofessional. I’m reporting them to the BBB. The younger women was rude to my sister and the young guy in here claimed to be the manager and gave false information. Yes I did make a purchase here....big mistake!!!In response to the comment below:To the person who wrote the comment. I was told I needed to order the dress at least three months in advance by your staff, because it would take 8 to 12 weeks to come in. I ordered the dress on a Tuesday and by Friday your associate was already calling to tell me my dress was in. And you really need to quit lying about how my order had special alterations because my daughter fit the dress without the need for alterations. So before you make comments makes sure you dealt with me personally.

If you are looking for Tux rentals this place is the BEST at making it convenient! Great quality, one time fitting (they are THOROUGH) and all of the 8 groomsmen looked amazing! Four men where from out-of-town and they had to only send their measurements, pay through the phone or online and got their tuxedos perfectly fitted! Only my brother had to have his fixed because they didnt measure his out-seam correctly in Texas but in less than an hour and BAM, ready! Speak to Aldo, he will help you get everything hassle-free!

We just got my brothers tux for his winter formal and wow!! he looked sooo good!! we are so happy with everything at this boutique, even the discounts were great... he got an extra discount just for his 4.0 GPA! well update the review once we get the rental but the try-on was awesome

0 Stars if possible, Message from the Bride & Groom, whos experience was horrible just a week before the wedding. I don’t even know where to begin! About 3 1/2weeks ago my husband, son and nephew went to Bella Ragazza to get fitted for tuxedos for our wedding (June 23) Aldo stated that the tux rental was $150 ( when prior we had spoken to the pregnant lady and she gave us a price of $120 included $10 discount & mind you, we have exactly 9 groomsmen that got fitted) Aldo assisted with the measurements and stated that there was only a $50 deposit required in order to place their order and that they would call in 1 week when they came in. Exactly a week later I called to check status and the lady said that the tuxedos would get here on June 20, 3 days before the wedding and that any alterations would be made on time. Well today a guy called my husband and tells him that since the groomsmen haven’t paid their tuxedos in FULL that they were NOT going to place the order!! We advised the guy that Aldo and the pregnant lady never mentioned full pay prior to ordering. We drive to Bella Ragazza and spoke to the lady and she said that there was also a $50 SECURITY DEPOSIT on top of the $150 that needed to be paid!!!! The pregnant lady acknowledged that they had failed to mention the security deposit AND full pay requirement. She also said that Aldo would have to pay out of pocket to place the order he didn’t like doing that. My husband said that paying wasn’t the issue but the fact they failed to advise sooner was! She called the manager which is Aldo. My husband asked Aldo to come to the store so that they can resolve the issue and Aldo replies by saying “No because I was there this morning”!!!! Aldo completely lied and said he advised of HIS store POLICY in which he never mentioned anything other then to pay $50 deposit (and the balance was $100) and also said that the receipt states full payment due after 7 days of deposit.... and that no one was getting their deposits back!! no where is this stated on the receipt!!!Aldo is nothing but a liar!!! His lack of professionalism is the worst I’ve ever seen especially when you are straight lying to your customer!!! If you can’t afford to be in business and run it correctly then you definitely need to close your business. People work hard for their money and their time is just as valuable as yours Aldo!!! I will be reporting this to BBB! Help me share this post friends that way no one else is being lied to!!!

We had my cousins wedding a wk ago and everything went great! We purchased basically everything at this store from the flower girls dresses to the groomsmens tuxedos! Their service is 5 stars for sure!

I went to this store and spoke to the sales person, my daughter tried on a dress to get fitted for the dress that we were going to order. We ordered the dress and was expecting a call from them when the dress arrived. Two weeks later and still no call. My wife drove to the store only for them to tell us that not only do they not have our dress, but they sold the dress. Without apologizing or any form of customer service my wife had to ask them to refund the money. I normally do not post bad reviews but not only did this place waste our time, but they had no remorse for what they had done. Horrible, just a horrible experience. I hope no one has any important event where they have to depend on this place.

If I could give them negative stars I would!!!Where to start?! My mother-in-law has a wedding and was trusting this company to fit the whole groomsmen. There was a $50 deposit when gotten measured and another hidden fee of $50 security deposit that they told to us a week before the wedding that we all not told about?! We got measured...the measurements were completely wrong, we had to keep re-calling to assure measurements were correct. Every time we called it was a different story . The lady and the man there did not take responsibility. And to top it off a week before the wedding they tell us that everything needed to be paid in full before they would even order the tuxs but yet failed to not out it on the receipt or by word “another hidden fee”. The manager to top it off refuses to solve the situation and give us a full refund. We spoke to the manager and told him if he could meet us at the store to give us our refunds, he told us NO that he was not going to go back to the store because he was already there in the morning and didn’t want to make the drive out?!? (What kind of customer service is that?!?) SO UNPROFESSIONAL.... At this point we are a week away from the wedding, none of the groomsman have their tuxs & we are currently in the process of a lawsuit. Please save yourselves the trouble and avoid this place.

We just had our Quinceanera and we got everything with them! Quince dress arrived with more than 2 months to go and it fit perfectly! My niece is a plus size and their measurements were on point, even for the damas and the padrinos like myself! They go above and beyond to help you out! Te tratan como familia
