Bought a very nice used car for my daughter a month ago and everything has been excellent. Never any BS or issues with our car buying experience. No pressure or games... smooth as silk. They even let us wait a month to make a final payment after we took the car. Great to work with! This will not be the last vehicle we buy from them. Highly Recommended!!!
I recently bought a vehicle from Keith at Fitz. Great service, fine auto at good price. Recommend them. There was no haggling on price as I felt vehicle was fairly priced.
Used car dealership. Guy is nice and made the process quick. They wont push you around and will let you test drive. Would be nice if they had more signs to see them from the road.
These guys sell their cars to dealers. But they sell them to the public too. These guys are the dealers hidden secret, For great cars. They have great awesome cars. Many to choose from. Very great condition.on the same day, we bought a Ford Ranger and a Jeep Liberty and they run strong. theyre fantastic. They didnt even mind me having my mechanic there to check both vehicles out Before I buy.great service. very professional. super super friendly. the prices are out of this world. Ill never go to another car dealer. Or car lot ever again. I will always be buying the rest of our cars here. Before you buy come check them out. you wont be sorry. No hassles no scams just honest car sales.
Excellent! I highly recommend this place.
Bought a car here feburary 2019, within one month the car started having problems with overheating. Bad ignition coils, sparkplugs, bad hoses. It broke down on me in the middle of the freeway. I tried calling the yall guy who sold it to me, and never got a call back. Also I never recieved my title. When I called to retrieve that they took down my number and never responded. These people are shady, I highly encourage you dont buy from here.
The only good thing i can say is they are prompt. Trying to get a straight answer out of them is difficult. after taking my son to look at one of their cheapest cars and trying to make an informed decision i asked if i could check the spark plugs and maybe do a compression test since i brought the tools he basically said no and that we needed to talk price first then he didnt even negotiate the price. needless to say that was the end of my experience with Cars By Fitz. i cannot honestly recommend this place to anyone and Im truly sorry to anyone they may have ripped off.
I have bought several veiches from this establishment cars, trucks and suvs . I have always paid a fair price and been treated well. I have never had any problems with the cars or truck EVER! This is a fair and honest solid group of guys!
Really great cars and trucks for sale here. Nice people also.
Purchased a good 2003 Buick in February for under 5 grand it was a very reasonable price and still driving my car with no issues . Great place definitely recommend this place.
No pressure tactics. Cars, SUVs, and Trucks are solid used vehicles.
Ok after I read that review about engine I have to put mine, I bought a car for a decent price and traded my vehicle for it, seemed like a good deal at the time, well, engine blew up about a month later and I had to spend almost $3,000 getting new engine and installing it so yes, dont buy from here, shady group and they didnt want to help me either.
Bought a suv there for my family and the presentation was decent. I tested out the SUV for a few days making sure things were great, after I bought it I realized after looking at cars for weeks for the right one I realized I had missed a common mistake, no check engine light when the ACC is on (key turned on before start). Im going to the auto parts store same day and the alternator goes out and it was so bad it wouldnt even test on Advances machine. Not a HUGE deal, it was factory and was old, Im not 100% sure they tried to cover it up though. I replaced that in a hour, drove back home and got it ready for inspection. The next day, this is when I found out about the engine light from the inspector. The inspector was a very nice guy (2351/518 in Kroger parking lot), and told me to check the bulb. The next day I take my dash out which is not hard, but found all bulbs working, so inspecting it further I found that the front panel of the speedometer had a slice of electrcel tape over it (the underside). CLEVER! I had one code (P0421 warm up below threshold on catalyst bank 1...) but it was pending and disappeared. Even if it was a converter or o2 sensor it wasnt a problem just the fact they would do that or maybe the auction did it, who knows. Ill say for the price, it was fair. Even after timing gets done by my mechanic, im still WAY under KBB value, and nothings burnt. The transition fluid is VERY old as well but its in good shape, maybe more miles would grind gears. My advice, do not trust these guys. Its OK to buy from them but MAKE SURE there is no codes, make sure if you have a code reader that all lights are solid so they didnt delete any, check all fluids, and if so-- bargain with them. Very shady bunch.... but Im happy with my ride. I would assume the guy above me is telling the truth.
Helpful, high mileage low cost cars
