Pretty store. They no longer offer refunds to your original form of purchase with your receipt. Instead they try to push the gift card and then finally they offer to mail a check. I do not recommend shopping here.You’ll do better at the outlet in Texas City.

Megan is phenomenal!! I ran in out of breath and stressed after looking around at at least six other stores. I had spent the whole day looking for a dress. She found me one in less than ten minutes, that was ON SALE, and shoes to go with it. They werent pushy or anything. Store felt very clean and calming. I left laughing and smiling going out the door. Thank you so much!! I WILL be back!

Went in to simply exchange a purse but decided to get a refund when an employee made a disgusted face at me and loudly exclaimed “there’s markings ALL OVER THIS” “do you think we can take this if it’s damaged? Oh my god! Ugh!” (I wish I was kidding) Her exaggerated expressions towards my purse that NEVER left it’s original slip embarrassed me. She quickly quieted down once the manager showed up and this woman simply refunded me. I told the manager about the worker wigging out on me and she didn’t do anything or say “I’m sorry about her”.. never shopping here again super stuck up environment.

Not at all friendly employees!!! No one to ask for help and no prices on items or no sales for the day after Christmas.. so sad I walked out with nothing and ready to buy something!!!

Giving this particular location ONE star is too good....I went to purchase a crossbody and a watch. Needless to say the consultants assisted everyone but ME and when I finally did get someone to notice me, she did find out what I wanted but then never came back to finish the sale. I purposely stood by the cash wrap WITH CREDIT CARD IN HAND, and STILL the associates just zipped about paying no attention to me.. I felt as if I could have stood on top of the jewelry case and did a dance and NO one would have cared.... I left and will not only go back but will NO LONGER SUPPORT any Michael Kors products....

Apparently if you spend over $200 and pay cash, they can’t refund you your money, they have to send it in a check. Asked to see the return policy and no where on there, did it say anything about cash payments over a certain amount, has to be refunded by a check! Make things worse, they mail you the check! Never again will I buy from this company again!

Julio at the store really helped me find the right watch for my mom. All staff was helpful and even let you examine the merchandise before buying. 10/10 Id buy MY next watch there haha

I dont even like Michael Kors but my mom needed to stop here to get a gift for a friend. I thought it would only take a few minutes, but the service was SO slow, and it took us over 30 minutes to get one bracelet. I gave this store 2 stars because the service was friendly, but if it takes 10 minutes to check out one bracelet, youre doing something wrong.

Ehhhh was looking for a MK watch and the workers didnt even acknowledge us. We left and bought a purse and the watch at Dillards.
