Ive spent close to $300 in Zaras this month.The last purchased I made were two sweaters that fit me small.Obviously their dressing rooms are still closed.I lost the receipt and couldnt return the items. I provided my credit card # and even showed the cashier how much I have spent on Zaras this month.No luck. I understand their return policy and if a business cannot scan items and reprint a receipt then as a customer I am not pleased.Zero business from now on with Zaras.NOT ONLY are their dressing rooms closed but they make people wait over 15 minutes in line to check out.

I made a return on 08/20/21 at this location. What supposed take up to 14 business days has become a frustration because I have not received my refund. I have an open case and they have not resolved the situation. At this point I have submitted a claim with my bank. I would not recommend this location as it seems they have stole my money! I wish I could give it a 0 star!

Very rude staff the last two times Ive gone. Dressing rooms are still closed . I love zaras clothes but they run different in me and I need to try them on first. I usually spend hundreds in there at a time but wont go back until I can try on clothes . Every place else allows it. I am willing to clean the thing after I leave myself.

Dressing rooms are still closed with no explanation from staff, it’s a shame because I poked my head in a half a dozen times over the last few months and without the ability to try anything on, I won’t be purchasing anything...btw how does that logically register?! You can purchase clothing, try it on at home and the return it, but yet no dressing rooms available?! Get it together Zara!

Whoever is the manager of this store is doing a terrible job. In the midst of a pandemic they are still keeping long queues instead of having more staff at the various checkpoints to ease flow of traffic they only maintain two at one checkpoint. While the rest of the staff are about sorting clothes . How can you be sorting clothes when people need to be attended to and are kept waiting. Sorting clothes should be done when there is less traffic in the store . Am never coming here again. Will do my shopping online .

The Baybrook Mall location has the absolute worst customer service and quite frankly the most surly employees I have met in ages. I purchased a couple of item for my daughter. She was with me however the dressing rooms are closed so she had to take theorems home to try them on. I use a receipt app and I scanned in the full receipt. She didylike the way the garnet fit so I took it back within 2 weeks with the tag still on the item and showed them the scanned receipt with the QR code. They refused to give me a store credit or refund because they said I had to have the paper receipt. I asked to speak with the manager, nothing. They said I could call customer service. I asked them to call thinking surely a reasonable person could fix this. I was on the phone at the store for over an hour. All the while people were walking up with online purchase returns, they were scanning the QR code from the Zara app and refunding those customers their money.....what! seriously the same thing I was asking for. Fast forward a week later I get an email from Zara asking me to call customer Service and I was given a refund ID code. I still had to go back to the store. I did as I was instructed and told them they had received an email and I had a code to receive a refund. You would think that would be quick but NO. I was there another 30 minutes waiting while another very rude associate walked away to try to figure out what to do. Let me make this simple DO THE RIGHT THING! It you accept a electronic image receipt for online purchases and a customer has a scanned receipt with the QR code and you won’t accept that you deserve for you brick and mortar location to fail. PERIOD. I will never buy anything in that store although I will purchase online and let you scan my QR code for returns because either way the only place to try anything on is at home. Your poor service will be the reason for your failure.

Worst line ever ... if you shop here make sure you have an extra 45min to waist standing waiting for your turn ..... with social distancing the line literally reached the whole length of the store ..... only one person at the register of course...manager came to the register to authorize a return.... I told him are you ok with seeing this at your store ? ... he did not give a dam .... just walked away didn’t even face us and Said someone is coming for help

One register open on a Saturday. It seems as though the sales associates were more worried about putting away clothes on racks than helping the struggling cashier that was left alone . Be prepared to wait when coming here .

Literally SO RUDE! Theyre in customer service and dont like helping anyone out. I had a simple return and I got an attitude for asking if they were even accepting returns due to COVID.Each employee acts condescending when you ask a question. You work at the mall, humble yourself sis! I love Zara but I hate shopping at this specific location. Its a 0/10 for meeee!!!

Horrible customer service at this Zara store at Baybrook mall. Just one register open out of 3 that they can use (women’s, men’s and kids’). The line was incredibly long, with people all the way until the very back (towards main entrance for the women’s side). I mean it was ridiculously long... and the manager instead of looking for an instant solution (like the manager that she is) decided to do nothing about it, and kept saying she already had a register open, and that it was all she had. I asked her several times to open another register, that she needed to provide better customer service and be more efficient, that she could open another register and start checking out people herself too (at least that’s what I think I manager should do, provide solutions and be efficient). I saw a lot of staff hanging up clothes and doing other things at the moment, I still can’t believe she (the manager) couldn’t have ONE of her employees stop whatever they were doing and go open a register to provide faster and better service. Especially during this COVID-19 pandemic, at least try to get all that people in line out of the store as fast as possible, take care of their needs. But, oh well I think I was expecting a lot from a “manager” who clearly CAN’T perform her job. It was just a matter of her wanting to help customers, and even start checking out people herself at another register like I said before, but she just didn’t want to do her job. She just kept saying she already had a register open lol, and for her apparently that was more than enough.

One of the worst Zara’s ever .... I feel terribly bad for the employees. I kept asking for help and one of the employees said she was scared of getting in trouble by her manager if she didn’t run all of the clothes in a quick manner. So I was left un helped . I left the store with nothing . How is this even a store ? They focused more on keeping the floor clean instead of customer service !! Like are they not trying to make money ? Probably numbers are really low . The store is in a great location in a customer service based mall ! It has so much potential . Also I went in to buy something recently and the cashier Miranda was very rude and ignored a simple question about a restock and laughed with another employee next to her . And on top of that I had to get her name from another employee cause she would keep ignoring me and looking at me up and down . I’m a 28 year old woman ..oh and not to mention ! The other employee who told me the cashiers name said that the managers approve of her attitude and that they like it when she’s rude to people !! How the f*** is that even a good thing ? Oh and I got the managers name ! Her name was Michelle ! Very very unprofessional I will not shop here any longer . I hope corporate sees this and tries to contact me about my terrible experience shopping here .

The customer service of the baybrook mall store is terrible, they are rude so to customers, they make you wait for them to put the sensors to their size and time and if you are about to enter your work they do not care and they answer you wrong, They look at you horrible ... I was more astonished after reading the rewiu and seeing that the administrator is just as rude and the cashier is the same, sad to see how they think they are superior and the customers are nothing to them ...

Went in the store with my wife and me not knowing that it was a mens and childrens store found some nice get ups (clothes and shoes etc...) The prices were fair considering the quality(good quality). Ive never heard of them but I will most definitely be a repeat customer. Great customer service too.

Very beautiful store with helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend anyone to visit even if youre a guy, they have guy clothing and merchandise there but it can be mistaken for a womens store from looking at it from the outside. But yeah its very beautiful and I was offered help and theyre very friendly. They also have kids clothing as well! 😊

Update: After this incident, I went back because, as I mentioned before, it is the closest location to my house... I grabbed a few dresses and wanted to try them on. When the fitting room attendant finally came around, I asked for a room and he looked at me and said you know our sizes run very small, right?... WHO SAYS THAT TO A CUSTOMER WITHOUT THE CUSTOMER ASKING FOR SIZE INFORMATION?! I simply asked for a fitting room. If something doesnt fit me, I think Ill know. And also, I do own Zara clothes that fit me..Original Post:So I went to the location at the Galleria a couple of days ago, because I was on that side of town. I ended up purchasing two dresses there that I found at a really great price. However, I didnt have a chance to try them on because it was insanely packed and I was kind of in a hurry. The line was super long. So I figured, if they dont fit, then I can just return them. Unfortunately they didnt fit and since I live closer to the Baybrook location I came here to return them. The moment I told the cashier (who by the way, refused to tell me her name) she got snappy with me. She started tapping her screen really upset and annoyed. Didnt talk to me at all about anything else. She wouldnt even bother addressing me standing there. She grabs one of the dresses and starts to put the security pin on it and after a few minutes tells me just so you know, in the future when you buy a defective item from another location, you have to go return it there. First of all, she hadnt even asked why I was returning the dresses. I had no idea what was wrong with the dress so I asked and she said it was missing a button. I told her I wasnt even aware that was the case and she said well its missing a button and usually the manager asks that the customer takes it to the original location they bought it at since it was damaged on their floor. Now, I worked retail briefly, and while I can understand that, I also know that customer service (meaning her attitude and tone towards a customer) should not be condescending and rude. I told her I had no problem taking it to the location I purchased it at but obviously this was more convenient and she just said no this is fine this time but for the future just know that. When I asked for her name she smirked and said i dont have to give you my name. Of course Im going to file a complaint against her. And I told her that I would and she just said she didnt have an attitude. Sorry sweetie, but if you dont want to work on a Saturday afternoon, just dont. But if you do, then have a better attitude with your customers.

Pros: Beautiful Store/ Great merchandiseCons: Customer Service/ Some of the Sales associates walk around with headsets and provide minimal assistance.I went to the store for the 1st time and there was an item not in my size at the store. Asked the sales associate, who did not appear to be busy if he could check their system or another store for the item. He said no, I would need to call the stores myself. Im an experienced shopping who knows that you should be able to check other store locations inventory and if not, offer to call the store for me.

I had an amazing experience in the store. First off I am a loyal customer to the Zara brand, as I am from the greater Los Angeles area, so I was so excited to find out they opened one close to home. I was aware by the obvious that they were short staffed, however, the employees worked promptly and focused on customers individually. I requested some items that I pulled up from the website and they were able to look around or look in the back and get them all to me. I was partically graced by one of the cashiers who helped me pair an outfit together at the register. I definitely wont be needing to make the drive to the Galleria any more! Xx

I wish I could give 0 stars. As a former employee this store is horrible. All the managers and employees here are messy, it’s like being in high school all over again. If management doesn’t like you they will not speak to you smh. Very unprofessional. I’m very upset at how I was treated working for them. They’re also very rude to customers! I’ve witnessed it and have gotten many complaints about other employees while working there. I was even told by Leslie who is one of the managers that “it’s not always about customer service and most of the time the answer is no.” At every other job that I’ve had the customers come first no matter what! They would get mad at me if I spent too much time helping a customer. No matter how I was feeling everyday I was nice to everyone and always spoke. I’m just all around disappointed at how I was treated and how they treat customers. Almost every other day I got called to the stockroom for unnecessary drama. I feel as though they wanted me to quit so they kept poking at me for the littlest things. There is so much that I can say but I will never in my life work for Zara again.

I am posting my review only because of the only person there who is WORKING. Otherwise I would put 0 stars to the staff and management. Sales associate, an asian girl was very helpful to me. She was doing her task and once she noticed me looking around trying to find my sizes she was there for me from that moment. Every two minutes she was checking on me doing her task the same time. Other people working there seemed they are tired to see people coming in Zara, they were rude and would walk passing by not asking if customer needs a help. Very disappointed with such a service for the world named brand. Eventually I was able only find my sizes and styles I needed with help of Ayka. Please ask her to help you, others wont help you at all.
