Love all of the products Ive ever tried here. So many pleasant and quality fragrances, I especially love the bath bombs and fresh face masks. Staff is always friendly and attentive but will leave you alone when asked too ( a plus for me because I prefer to shop without assistance but know I can always ask if I have questions.)

My wife and I didn’t make it 2 steps into the store without a heavy-set, flamboyant Hispanic man greeting us by yelling “You need to sanitize your hands”. Safe to say we turned around and left. Please train your staff how to properly communicate.

I am obsessed with lush. I shop here all the time. Always looking to try out their new products and also to pick up my tried and true favorites. I Always look forward to their after Christmas boxing sale. The staff is always helpful and happy to see us.

Lush is one of my guilty pleasures to spoil myself. This store has pretty good selection, and online has an even better one. I keep my bath bombs and oils stocked in a little basket on my vanity.

This was my second trip to lush since the pandemic began. I’m happy to say they have refined their Covid policy. During the beginning of the pandemic you were not able to come in and shop. The store was only open for pick up which made it difficult to shop and smell different different products. You are now able to go in and look around. They provide you with a slice of soap to wash your hand before you shop which I absolutely love. They staff is always friendly and attentive. I will definitely be going back.

My wife loves this place. I walked in here with her before the end of the world. Not terrible to walk around inside while she shops and I play on my phone. A great place to test out a camera is youre reviewing it. Lots of no colorful stuff.

Always out of stock it doesn’t make sense like is lush a cover up business because how do they make any money or pay they’re employees if they are always out or low in stock make more products? Supply and demand?

Went to buy some goodies the guy that helped me was very nice a bit pricey but they got some really good stuff 👌

We wanted to stop by and get some products and we weren’t able to go in for “BROWSING”!! But there was no sign outside that wasn’t allowed to go in to just look. They said it was only for pick up.I get some stores are closed during this time and don’t want to deal with the cleaning and crowds. But if you’re open for pick- up only then put a bigger sign outside and with better handwriting!! I couldn’t see but chicken scratch 🐔

3 customers inside and that’s all they allow but they did come outside and let you pay for what you wanted if you knew exactly what you wanted. Be ready to wait cuz if looky loos are inside you don’t move.

SERIOUSLY love all the ladies who work here and this location ! So friendly and helpful! I love everything they recommended for me. I ended up taking 2 bath bombs, Shower gel and body scrub. I’m in love !!!!! Thank you Baybrook Lush

I personally love this place, i have been a couple times but during this experience i had took my mom for the first time, she had an blast, jeremy was so sweet & so nice ! He showed my mom things he thought would work for her & even did demonstrations . She loved it & she will most definitely go back . So I highly recommend this location! We love it & you always feel welcomed! :)

First time visiting, but not a first time trying their products. I will say great customer service at Baybrook Mall. Friendly, energetic and knowledgeable environment, offers many samples before a purchase, explains products rather then forcing to make a purchase as a tryout before you buy, organic and vegan products not tested on animals as it states. I give a 5 star!

Definitely going back

Great place and we love their products; however, they need a better point of sale process. You have to rely on your cashiers being able to identify several items in order to charge the correct price. Twice I have been over charged for an item due to the cashier mistaking it for a different item.Yesterday it was two small scrubs that were 1.95 each and I was charged 5.95 for each (which was the price of the larger variety). Frustrating when we already spend a lot of money here to begin with...

Always a joy whenever I come in here. They have great prices and great products. I love how everything is handmade organic! Everyone here is always eager to help. You’ll know if your mall has a lush, you’ll be able to smell it a mile away! Haha

Great store. They always come assist me with any questions that I might have. Return policy is amazing. I had to return a couple of things due to my freniky skin and hair, but no questions asked and they helped me choose the right product that worked for me.

Store has excellent selection but the staff is a little overwhelming. I am someone who likes to look and read products, if I have questions I will ask. Four different sales associates got right up next to me and asked if I needed anything all within a 5 minute period. Its a small shop. None of them noticed the other person approach me and then get rejected? This situation gave me mad anxiety and was excessive. Its a nice store but I was happy to leave.

I love shopping here this is one of my favorite stores. The products work extremely great! The staff here is so kind, very helpful and very understanding. I love the enthusiasm they have, it makes you want to keep coming back. I would recommend this store to everyone if I could!

One awesome guy helped me with my confidence by introducing me to some facial products!! Even took the time to test multiple products on me to see which I was more comfortable with. I truly wish I knew the name of this employee to give him the credit he deserves.

With all the pomp and circumstance I hear about lush, I was rather disappointed. The bath bombs are light as a feather which tells me there’s not much in them. Also I noticed that the bath bombs are in such a mess.

This storefront is open to the outside and they open the door in high humidity. Which causes the bath bombs to activate, giving them white warts, making them become soft, and less reactive in the water. The store front itself is very small which can make it extremely difficult to shop when busy. The staff is very friendly however which is a plus.
